Subway

The only reason I would come here is because it is close to where I worked.
Yea, Subway is cheap, but I hate it when these franchise owners just try to cut every corner they can… this is one. If you order a tuna sandwich here, they use the small ice cream style scoops… they scoop some tuna, then scrape it along the edge so they give you as little as possible. The first time they did this, I said hey, that is ridiculous, put some more tuna on there! They looked at me with shock and reluctantly put a tiny bit more on. That was the last time I ordered a tuna from this joint.
Again, it was the only place close, so I found myself coming back on occasion for a turkey sandwich — and every time I asked for an ingredient, I ALWAYS had to keep asking to add more… more onions! more tomatoes! more pickles! hey, don’t cheat me on the cheese!
I have been to many Subways, and none were as conscience at cheaping out as this one. Be forewarned!

What use is a phone number, if no one’s going to pick up??? It would be very convenient for lunch orders from the office, instead of going there with a list, and waiting 10 – 15 minutes for a bunch of sandwiches.
Their excuse for not picking up their phone at 10 am? «We’re busy»
Oh, and top it off with horrible customer service AT THE SHOP, and you get ONE star.
I want to smack myself for forgetting why I don’t eat at Subway.
P. S. Don’t get the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. It may only be 300+ calories, but I’d rather starve than eat another one of those.

7 Minutes. That’s all it took. 7 minutes.
I walked in, ordered sandwiches, watched them get whipped together, paid, and walked out. In 7 minutes.
The gal working at the time was super cheery and polite. I dont live too far from this place and plan on frequenting this more often. After all, who can beat a $ 5 sub?
