Fat employee lady was sitting at a table and eating when i came in. She wouldn’t let me substitute the fries, most likely since she did not know how. And then i went to get the soda, the counter was running rampant with ants. This location seems so run down, but it’s no excuse for the unsanitary conditions. I plan to report this place to DPH. The food was average.

Customer service was extremely mediocre. Men’s room was the worse I have even seen. The ammonia smell was really bad. Fries were very cold. Was going to complain but the manager was too busy singing and dancing to the sound track. I did not think it would go well. Customer service for other patrons was severely unfriendly. One lady got her food slid down the counter to her by the manager. The good news is my beef and cheddar was good but not sure it was enough to ignore all the bad. Cleanliness is my biggest problem with this place right now.

Been a regular for many years, can still remember when this location used to be a Dags restaurant. Food is always good, the French dip is delicious. Love the sauces. Service is consistent, the employees are always friendly and nice.

I am a total love of a regular roast beef sandwich with Arby’s sauce. Add curly fries with some cheese sauce and a root beer and I am ready to go! My only complaint is usually related to price, but even today it was not as much as I expected. I am glad we do not have one closer or I would be there on a bi-weekly basis!

I have visited this Arby’s twice this year now. First time I decided that I wouldn’t go back, but I did today just to give them another shot. Well never again. First time I got a completely wrong order, since I didn’t check until I got back to work it was a bit late. Got the special for French Dips and learned that their Au Jus tastes like water. It was literally so watered down that it had no taste to it. The sandwich itself was meh at best. I went through drive through and was asked if I wanted dipping sauce for my order, I confirmed that they had a certain kind, and asked for that. It wasn’t in my bag when I got back to my desk. There are much better options around Georgetown for better prices.

In the last 3 yrs, I ate here about once every couple months. Food Is always fresh! Service is always pretty good. They don’t get pay much, so u won’t be able to always expect the greatest service. Anyone who has worked in fast food knows how hectic it can be sometimes, especially during lunch hrs. Drive thru or dine in, customer service is both great!

All I’m going to say is take the drive in, I stood in the line like for a good 5 mins before anyone said anything to me. I wondered if I should go grab my car and hit the drive in since that was the only way people were getting service. A greeting is always a nice start rather than having people just stand around. I guess customer service training cost too much for companies now a days.

I’m done with Arby’s. Mediocre food and one of the employees(I think she was taking drive-up orders) singing the same stupid jingle ad nauseum.

for all the times i came here for lunch :) with every visit i am greeted right away and i never had any issues with lines haha maybe the time i go im lucky. i normally get the arby’s beef n cheddar with extra side of the«red ranch» sauce not the red sauce you normally get out on the tables. you have to ask for it ;D this time i got the fish sandwich since i saw commercials of it being from«alaska» hence im from there so ill be the judge of that … lol ended up coming in a huge size filet ! and fries mmmm i was pretty satisfied with the meal: D there is a deal going on for 2 fishys for 5 bucks ! if i had a bigger tummy then yes… there is a cute girl who sings during an order something about«cheese !» haha thats awesome. and the guy who helped me at the cash register was polite and theres no like blah personality, i saw humor in him when i ordered my food and was excited to try the fish lol. the place has plenty of room to sit yourself and i havent seen anything to point at and say ewwwww someone should clean that up ! the drive thru is a bit confusing and squishy so if you have a huge truck be prepared to squeeze through or just park u lazy butt xD other than that ill come again ^-^ ps… they have a new item… andes mint chocolate milk shake… i seek this upon my next visit… dont judge me. :p

Fast food, so not gourmet… It tastes like Arby’s. But the people that work here are really nice and friendly and the food is served fast. It is always clean in the dining area.

It’s convenient if on the run. A bit run down with a skanky bathroom and dirty windows. They are about to start renovating so hopefully Arbys gets on the ball with insuring the cleanliness of their locations.

This location of Arby’s is located in Georgetown and in the Industrial part of town. The drive thru is meant for you to turn off Michigan onto the side street. I’ve been here a few times and I always stayed in my car so I can’t speak to the lobby. The service is decent, not fast and not slow. I think I get the same guy each time I come through too. The food is always hot and they are nice but they don’t ever run any specials so it’s a bit steep to get a combo meal here. I’ll always love an Arby’s sandwich over McDonald’s so definitely worth trying to cross over Michigan Street to get to this location.

Writing reviews for chains is always difficult because they have almost all the same food. However, this Arby’s get 3 stars. They lose one star because a lot of time my food is warm but not actually hot. I always get disappointed. The second star goes away because the workers are your typical stand-off, uninterested fast food workers. However, with lots of Arby’s coupons coming in the mail and their wonderful Jamocha shakes I still eat here a lot.
