The same good quality you would expect at any subway. One of the reasons I go to subway is for the speed, the past couple times I went I had to wait an eternity to get my sandwich with only 2 people in front of me

The food is always the same. But on Jan 4, 2015 at 1:30 it was the staff that made this place. Some sports thing was going on across the street and the place was slammed. The staff… staff? There was just one woman, Shelby. It’s always a pleasure to watch somebody do something well… She was a blur! All by herself, no wasted motion. You could watch the line move. She was doing it all and doing it well. The owner should check the receipts for the afternoon of Jan 4, 2015 and give that girl a BONUS!

Their staff is rude. They charged me more for a veggie sandwich than for their meat sandwiches because I asked for an extra slice of cheese. When I questioned the logic, they seemed to think my displeasure was quite funny and were laughing at me.

It took Shelby a half hour(a little over actually) to make my sandwich. There were two people ahead of me. I am dumbfounded with the extent of her slowness.

Talk about Sandwich artists, they are lightning fast! I always wait for them to make a mistake but they never do. Ive been to many Subways in the country but the staff here blows my mind every time I come in by providing me with great service. «Highly Recommended»

I don’t know if I could adequately explain the glory of this particular Subway Sandwich Shop. This is no ordinary Subway, it’s like the London tube, magnet train, George Jetson cross the continent of my tongue going light-speed Subway of the future. I order a club. BOOM! like magic! A perfect club sandwich right in my face. I order a meatball sandwich with exactly seven meatballs, provolone cut diagonally down the center with the edges cut off and 1⁄2 slice of lettuce. BOOM! Like magic; meatball sandwich magnificence. I order a TACO… Nah. they don’t do that. But the very nice lady behind the counter told me that if I hold the bread in a V position, I could pretend I was eating a taco. Not very fulfilling, but 10 points for the effort and customer service. I would go so far as to say that this is literally the greatest Subway in the history of Subways. I mean sure, maybe if the Swedish bikini team was operating it??? That would require a six star rating system though., and let’s be frank, society is just not ready for something like that. Anyway…great shop, great customer service, very nice owner, who personally came out to shake my hand and thank me for my business. Can’t ask for much more that that.

My absolute favorite place to go for a quick lunch or to grab something for dinner on my way home! Amazing service. Super fast and friendly staff. The manager is always so personable and nice. And the food is always fresh! Recently did a catering order for a luncheon at my office. We got so much food and everything was great! Organized, reasonably priced, professional, and done in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I have just visited this location today, and I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a chopped salad with bacon and chicken. This is what I got: I hope you can tell by looking at the images that 8 $ worth of chopped salad couldn’t fill half of their plastic container. I’ve ordered chopped salad before(from different employees of course), so I know what I should get. In addition to that, the attitude of the guy who was making my salad is the worst(I know today is a rainy day, but c’mon, this is Seattle, what do you expect?). Once he finished making my salad, he took my card, swiped it, asked me if I need the receipt, threw the fork and napkin on top of the container and went straight inside. I thought he was getting me some additional dressing, but his co-worker came up to me and asked if I need anything else. Please note that he didn’t bring my salad to the counter where I paid, so I replied that I need my salad and a bag to carry it out. I am the type of person who always tip on average 15% of my bill even for fast food purchase. I’ve been to this location several times I always throw in a dollar and the leftover change from my order whenever I have cash handy, but when I use my card, I can’t because their card system just doesn’t let me tip on the card, and today is one of those days. This restaurant is one of my frequent stops for lunch and dinner as I work across the street at Seattle U. It receives the second star because my previous visits were OK. Some of the employees are actually really nice(Yes, I’m talking about you, the Mexican ladies). I also emailed Subway using their online form, and I’m gladly willing to update this review, if my problem is resolved adequately.

Subway is same oh same oh. They have the selection we always wanted. Very convenience that this place is close to our home. Sucks to pay parking for less then a half hour! Anyway food is fresh here. I’ll come here when my kids are hungry. But next time we will walk here.

Solid lunch line last week and I went for the footlong Chipotle Steak & Cheese w/Avocado… it was quite good with part of the works. I also grabbed 2 chip bags. PROTIP: You can carry all 3 items in the one bag by opening each chip bag enough for air to let out. Fold them over to compactness and insert into the footlong bag. Neat, tidy, compact, efficient. Yup!

Tried to order a breakfast sandwich on wheat, like I’ve done for years at other subways. Sandwich artist refused on grounds that breakfast sandwiches could only be made on flat bread. I asked again, confused, to the same reply. I walked out.

I have tried this Subway on two different occasions and will not be doing it again. My order was wrong three times today, the women who made my sandwhich was rude, and I was overcharged and the salad was only half full. But the final straw was that I was unable to purchase a Wreck It Ralph! meal containers, the entire reason I went into the Subway in the first place! My sandwhich maker told that it was impossible to attain the container without a kids’ meal. Honestly I would have paid the $ 5 just for the item, but the women flatly refused. Sure, it was the lunch rush but I eat lunch at establishments all over PioneerSquare and Downtown and there is simply no reason to be so hostile. Moreover, the entire point of having an ad campagin is that people will buy the merch, so exactly why couldn’t I?! I have never had any problems with any other Subways before but this one has lost my business permently.

This place is awful. I have been here probably 15 times and have had several bad experiences. The last experience(today) has finally discouraged me from going permanently. The employees are are always sullen and quiet. Some are downright hostile. I get it, you make sandwiches for other people and it sucks. The management needs to find people who can handle the monotony of the job and put on at LEAST a friendly demeanor for customers. I have never been thanked for my business(though I have thanked them for their — atrocious — service) or even welcomed into the store. Before you get on me about low-wage service jobs, I’ll go ahead and say that I’ve worked for years at Jamba Juice and coffee shops. As much as it sucks, the customers keep your ass employed. Speaking of management, it seems like they deliberately train their employees to put as little product as they can get away with on their sandwiches. One woman put ONE scoop of tuna on a 6 inch. She proceeded to put three pickles and one slice of tomato on. At the end, she put the pepper(one shake) all in the middle and the(drop of) vinegar, you guessed it, went in the middle too. I asked her repeatedly to put more of this and that on until I had a sandwich that actually counted as a meal. When paying, she never asked me if I wanted chips/soda/apples. She just took my card, swiped it, and shoved my sandwich at me. Anyway, all of that to say: DON’T GOTOTHISSUBWAY! There are plenty others around. Might I suggest going to C-Street instead if you’re affiliated with SU? BOYCOTT until they figure out that revenue isn’t a guarantee even in a college area. If you manage this restaurant: If you aren’t going to hire quality employees who care about their jobs(how can you trust they care about food quality or cleanliness??), don’t bother staying in business. Let another business have that space. Go away!

Best subway I have been to. Service is ALWAYS quick and they make good sandwiches, meaning putting in the right amount of ingredients. All of the staff members are cool and friendly. If I need a quick lunch, I come here.

I first started going here last summer and they had a really good sandwich artist. And by really good I mean she gave you the proper portions. Now I go in and it is like I am the most high maintenance person ever. Here is how it goes: I tell them what I want. They put 9 slices of meat(this is on a good day, on a normal day I get 6 – 7). Then I get 4 triangles of cheese. Fine. But then when I ask for lettuce… they give me literally 4 pieces of lettuce. And then I say, «Can I have some more lettuce, please?» they then throw on an additional 4 pieces of lettuce. And then the whole lettuce fiasco repeats itself for everything else I want more than a miniscule amount of. Also, one time I was there they ran out of lettuce in the sandwhich making area(how is this possible when they don’t even use that much lettuce) and had to get more lettuce. The sandwhich artist doesn’t even take off her gloves, she reaches for the fridge latch, touches the container and dumps the lettuce in to the other container, and proceeds to put lettuce on my sandwhich. WITHTHESAMEGLOVESTHATHAVEBEENTOUCHINGEVERYTHINGELSE… HELLO?!! HEALTHDEPARTMENT?!

Ever since Subway started selling breakfast, I have wanted to try it. I finally went in today and ordered a Double Bacon, Egg, and Cheese English Muffin. A muffin plus a 16 oz coffee is only $ 2.50. Granted it was not the best testing muffin ever, but the value for the price is very decent.

A Subway is like any other Subway. Sandwiches on the fly and fast service to get out the door quickly. I will say, however, that this Subway actually has better sandwich artists. They actually take the time to build your sandwich and strategically place the condiments and ingredients on your sandy so that when you eat it, half of the sandwich doesn’t fall out. Most places throw the sandwich together with no care leaving you with a messy product. Oh, and they don’t look at you funny when you ask for more spinach or other vegetables. My personal favorite is the cold-cut, can’t go wrong!

$ 5 footlongs! Not the greatest sandwiches in the world, but it does the trick. They were pretty speedy with their service and it is close to me. Sweet! On the way out I saw a take home menu. Who doesn’t know what kind of sandwiches are at Subway? Who can’t take two minutes to decide on that they want while they are there? Are Subway take home menus necessary? Is this picture awesome? Is Miles Davis the definition of cool? What is heavier, 100 lbs of bricks or 100 lbs of feathers? Are the Seahawks going to be good this year? You like my body? Zipzap Zubidy Bop?
