I went to Dr Swanson 8 years ago when I had a toothache and I was an international student who was totally new to US, did not understand how things work. When I came to his office and told them that I have GAIP (insurance for graduate student at UW), his staff took care everything on insurance stuff. I only cared about the treatment.
It turned out that the pain came from wisdom teeth. Around one or two weeks, when the pain was gone, he removed three wisdom teeth from me. It was a nice procedure. I felt no pain. When he said he’s done, I was surprised since I didn’t know when he removed my teeth.
Later, I usually came back to his office for routine cleaning. His staff are very nice, they chat with you. They also open pandora music which I like. I introduced him to many of my friends. However, they are dentist phobias. They came once or twice, then stopped coming.

My husband, kids, myself, and my in-​laws now all go to this dentist. The staff is great– very friendly and accommodating. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment and they will even let me schedule via email which I prefer. I’ve had cavities filled here, x-​rays, the usual and all has gone pretty well. They are also great with kids. Highly recommend.

Friendly, professional, and seems to take a genuine interest in his patients. Dr. Swanson removed my wisdom teeth in addition to basic cleanings and x-​rays. Fabulous work all around! Very welcoming staff as well.
