Tonys One Stop Greenwood Auto Repair

Been going to this place for my 2001 VW Passat regularly for everything. I’m no expert on this kind of thing, but people tell me that the prices and service that I get here are pretty darn good compared to their typical experiences with a shop. With all the scary stories people have a shady shops, these people seem straightforward and professional.

I had been a customer of Tony’s for nearly a decade and was very pleased with his service, but am sad to say I have to move on. It seems like their business structure changed, perhaps Tony sold the auto repair portion of the business and only now works on the auto body side, but ever since the gal started working the front desk over a year ago, any time that I get my oil changed I am given a list of suggested repairs that my car needs. I have had my father, who has built his own cars, check out these recommendations several times and he has disagreed with the assessment every time. Most recently, I was told I needed new brakes… my father and brother took my wheels off to inspect my brakes and told me I’ve got at least another year of use on them. I trusted Tony, he was conscientious and had my best interest in mind, but now I never speak with Tony directly and I have NO trust for the front desk operation or the lines that the mechanics are feeding them. Time to find someone new. Sorry, Tony.

I’ve used this place about 3 – 4 times over the last 3 years for our Nissan Sentra and Subaru Impreza and have had nothing but good experiences. I have found the customer service from the owner Tony to be exceptional as he treats his customers with respect and gratitude for the business even though they always seem very busy.
I’ve found the price to be a bargain compared to previous places and once they even did something small additionally for free.
It’s nice too that they do both body work and mechanics all under one roof.
I plan to keep using them.
