My advice: do not pay this business in advance and GET A DETAILED RECEIPT.
UR has really neat — looking woodwork but you should know the customer service and organization of staff members is incredibly poor.
I had a simple project of essentially bookcase tops that a salesperson here said would be finished in 2 weeks. Two weeks turned into 4. Four turned into 3 months and I still do not have the product.
So I disputed the charge of $ 383 on my credit card. UR responded to Citi saying it was a face-​to-​face transaction and I left that day with the product. Untrue.
In-​person visits requesting the owner, email, and phone calls have yet to be returned. Think twice before giving this place your business… and especially your money.

Popped in over my lunch hour and was amazed by Urban Reclamations show room/​shop. There were guys working on pieces in the back. Vintage pieces almost a la antique shop as well as the raw materials that you can purchase by the foot. My coworker is going to buy a piece of wood and make a shelf with industrial looking hardware. Very cool. The staff was super friendly. HIGHLY recommend.
