Drinking water is ok. Drinking water from a Wiley Vessel is a whole different thing. Your hands, your lips, your eyes… everything gets involved and every bit of you purrs and hums. Not sure I could do without… And the customer service? Don’t even get me started.

Wileyware is one of those things you don’t think much about until you own some… You have your favorite and suddenly the rest of your glassware seems like it’s just taking up space. I gave one large glass to each groomsmen in January and they still bring Wileyware up in conversation. It’s not just glassware. It’s functional art!

wileyware is a high quality truly unique work of art. let me describe to you what i mean. first of all the glasses are nice and thick. wileyware’s creator marcia told me she made them that way as a mom w/a young child who doesn’t want her own glasses to break when they hit the floor. that’s some good thinking and ingenuity. secondly marcia’s glass ware is stunning. it’s got this luminescent color in it that makes drinking an etherial experience. it’s the kind of thing you want to use to make your party elegant or the kind of gift that’s perfect for the loved one who has it all. wileyware is exquisit heirloom quality functional art.

This is the most beautiful glassware you can imagine. There’s a rainbow of dichroic glass in the bottom of each piece, so it bounces and refracts up through the clear glass and any liquid swishing around therein. They’re all different, very artful and contemporary, and very durable. Plus, it’s fun to support a local artist, and she’s a really cool one too!
