Brought my broken phone there and told $ 25 just to check it and additional charges if to proceed. I’ve left the phone there to fix it and few days later he called me and told me can’t fix it because they wouldn’t know how to fix it. Why he couldn’t tell me that when I brought it in? Now they won’t refund my money but even worse my phone won’t turn on anymore after they opened it. They damaged it and stole my money!

This place has been in business for 8 years and I think I have been buying phones from them for that long. The owner is great to deal with. Very good service. Very good products. You do need to be aware that you are going to probably pay more for these used items then anywhere else they sell them. However, I would never buy from ebay, craigslist, best buy or any of the other options, so paying more was my decision based on the need for good customer service. There was a 15 $ service charge for swapping over my contacts and photos from my old phone. It did take the owner some tme to do the swap, and the swap was done well. However, I still think that fee should have been part of the $ 299 phone cost. I did get a good rebate on my old phone, a car phone jack, and half off of a good phone cover. I highly recommend this place but strongly suggest that you price the particular phone on line first, and also that you check out the cost of just paying outright for an up grade phone on your carrier.

I am going to try to be nice and frank in this review but it is difficult. I was ripped off and out of a phone now. After calling these guys and asking for confirmation that they could fix my cracked screen on my HTC I brought it in and PREPAID140 $ plus tax for this repair that they said would be as good as new. When I got the phone back a week later, the phone had glue all over the side of the screen and bezel. «What the hell?» Sir, we had a hard time working on your phone and are no longer working on it going forward. I had to check with my manager to see if it checks out to him before I give you the phone. After getting it back, whenever I texted or typed in# to call it would press other numbers or letters. At times it would work just fine but more times did it not work! That made my furious. You would expect after paying 140 $ for a repair for a phone that they confidently say they could fix and you prepaid them for the work that the phone would be satisfactory. NO, was I wrong. After a week I was done using the phone. It just didn’t work 90% of the time. I charged it one last time and the screen went blank!!! Black! Nothing! I am so pissed, I finally made my way out there and the tech was being rude to me saying that he gave it to me in WORKING order ect ect. I talked to the manager and a week later the manager said sorry we cant do anything, its outside of the warranty window. WTF? They knew they did a SH*t job they should fix it! Please save your time and don’t bother working for this place. TWEET and blog about this type of customer service is wack! This place will con you out of your hard working money. They should have refunded all my money back!!! Repeat, DONOTGOHERE unless you want to donate them your $

I went here last year when i dropped my phone and cracked the screen. They fixed that(early) for something like $ 160 which seems like alot but who wants to buy a new one, so they know they’ve got you. The phone then died 2 days later. they sold me a really lame used phone giving me the $ 160 credit, um, gee thanks. Their warranty on the used phones they sell is 30 days… really! Guess when the new used phone died? Yep, about 45 days after I bought it there. They said that they couldn’t do anything about it. I took the new used lame dead cell phone to Sprint and they said that it should have never been sold, the whole battery and compartment was swollen and something was seriously wrong with it. So, my rating is a one because they are selling phone with defects and then doing nothing about it. Be careful buying a used phone here! When others get the idea of starting up a business such as this, this one will go as they will not be able to compete with others providing better service.

This place is GREAT! I received exceptional service when I shattered the glass face of my Samsung S3. They not only replaced it the same day, but the two hour wait was cut down to 15 minutes! I could not have asked for better service or faster service. I would recommend them for your cell phone needs!

I was taken advantage of by this company. I do not recommend them ATALL. My phone broke on a Saturday and I was not able to be without one, as I do not have a landline. At the time I lived near this store so I went in. I paid almost $ 300 for a Dell Aero, which I was told was compatible with T-Mobile’s network It is not. I learned this after figuring all these annoying problems can’t be ALL my un-techi-ness, and phoning T-Mobile. I was then informed the phone is totally unsupported by their network. The sales guy flat lied to me, and then when I phoned to ask what I could do about it, I was informed that he was«with a customer and cannot talk to you about your phone right now.» If I were you, I’d go elsewhere for my phone. Would so love a do-over.

Honestly, this review is more about Simple Mobile than of this store. Sure, the staff is friendly and knowledgable(all dudes, they TRY not to take advantage of not-so-tech-savvy people like myself), decent prices, good customer service, etc. BUT– Simple Mobile is the way to go. Signed up in July for the 4G Unlimited Talk/Text/Data plan for $ 60(of course there was an activation fee, etc.) but they install the new sim card for you(on any unlocked GSM phone– I wanted to keep my HTC Senstation 4G) and make sure it’s all ready to go. Went in to pay my bill yesterday– Simple Mobile dropped their plan rate $ 10! So I only paid $ 55(incl. tax)!!! Simple Mobile runs off of Tmobile towers which isn’t optimal, but I had Tmobile before so it wasn’t really much of a change for me. For the love of god, get rid of your contract or even prepaid and go get Simple Mobile at Wireless Toyz.
