I’m genuinely sorry to report this because I like to support local businesses but I hope they see this and get their act together; frankly, I’m surprised their doors are open. I needed to contact the store to ask about an exchange for an Xmas present that didn’t fit(they don’t accept returns). I live about 25 minutes away and didn’t want to make the drive to find out if they had stock(I bought the last one) AND: –The store name is not clearly posted and it’s not written on the receipt or merchandise –They are not listed in the Northgate directory nor did Guest Services know who/what i was talking about –The phone number for the store provides the message that this subscriber has chosen not to receive incoming calls They sell primarily Bob Marley themed T’s and sweatshirts and a smattering of other Rastafarian and Ethiopian stuff. The selection is limited and the quality of some of the items –not all – is marginal. I was hoping for more Ethiopian merchandise though I was there this visit to buy a Bob Marley sweatshirt. It was around $ 50 –argh! but it was my daughter’s no. 1 thing she wanted for Christmas! I won’t go back however and in the meantime i have to drive all the way up there(25 minutes) just to learn if they have it again or to request they order it in a larger size.

My other review got filtered, but here’s the jist of it: Charged my card twice. Didn’t apologize when I called them about it, seemed like they were displeased I caught the«error.» Not shopping here again. Check your bank statement if you do.
