This was the only vendor who did not let me down on my wedding day (May 23^rd 2015). They did EXACTLY what I asked for and I did not have a SINGLE problem with them. They were completely able to handle my last minute requests and I was amazed by the arrangements! I dealt with Pam from Lake Placid and she arranged for everything to occur in Sebring, FLAWLESS!

What a mistake to try and go local! We are in California and used this florist because it was local to my husband’s mother and we wanted to send her a special birthday gift. We ordered the «Money Tree — or Pachira — is thought to improve the flow of chi and harmonize the five elements within a space.» «A money tree is planted in a square black container and adorned around the base with deerfoot moss, plus black and white rocks.»
Unfortunately, what was delivered was literally a few sticks of bamboo in what looks like an urn. Definitely, not a tree. Definitely not worth the nearly $ 60!
When we called the florist to inquire we were told «we are allowed to make substitutions» and further justified it by saying «bamboo is exotic and doesn’t grow in florida». The person from the florist took our phone number and said she would let the owners know. We haven’t heard from anyone and it’s been a week. Considering this the first review on Unilocal,perhaps the owners are hoping none of their future business will use this tool.
Such a disappointment. Not only for the customer but the birthday girl as well.
