Who would have thunk I could get a decent steak at a chain! This is the second time I have had the Spicy Cajun Ribeye($ 18.99) at two different Rubys and each time it has been cooked to the correct temperature, juicy, spicy, and more than acceptable. Make no mistake, this is not a steakhouse quality piece of meat by any means but it was satisfying none the less. On each occasion I chose broccoli as one of my sides and each time it was slightly overcooked but flavorful. On this occasion I choose Rice Pilaf as my second side and it was forgettable. I suggest you make another choice. Our waitress was just fine and the atmosphere was typical Rubys all the way. Everything appeared clean. I often dine with relatives that love this place and that’s fine with me!

My family & I stopped to order food to go; big mistake. We waited so long I got a gray hair. Lol To add to our frustration, a bored waitress offered a couple that came in after us some beverages but felt no need to provide us the same courtesy. In the car, my darling mom discovered she received the wrong order. :(sigh; prompting me to write this consumer beware review. They ran out of a food item but we had to remind them to comp us. Smh Was the food worth the wait? ¼ was– the baked ravioli. They grudgingly gave us 2 waters for our trouble. Lol smh

Trying to pick a spot for lunch that was easy and had choices for everyone, we landed at Ruby Tuesday. I happen to like it for its consistency. I swear, the choices on the salad bar hasn’t changed in 20 years. Sure, they’ve added some fancier lettuce and spinach, plus the edamame but my favorite, the pumpernickel croutons are still there. I ordered the buffalo chicken burger, which arrived as a nice sized chicken breast with lettuce and tomato and cheese. Absolutely zero heat from the buffalo sauce though, making it quite bland. The fries were good but salty. Service was good and she had no issue splitting the check accurately four ways. Well done.

In for an early lunch. I ordered a burger with the salad bar. Salad bar well stocked, loved it. Burger arrived, it is very large ‚ Bigger than most 2 patty places like 5 guys. Excellent flavor, this must be fresh ground beef . Fries were hot and crisp. Cooked perfect . Bill was $ 12.xx . Great value, I left full and satisfied.

Only because Britany, our waitress was wonderful and they honoured our coupons. Out of the few Ruby Tuesdays’ I have eaten at this ranks a good salad bar and then the goodness ends. Grilled zuchini was washed out limp. The Asiago Peppercorn Silloin was the toughest, sinewy cut I have experienced at any restaurant. They did however cook it to medium rare as requested. So perhaps it comes down to their supplier of the meat as my wife liked her salmon. Trying to negotiate the traffic in Sebring to get to this mediocre restaurant, probably not worth the effort.

I rarely give such a low review but I was so disappointed in this location that I can’t imagine we’ll ever give it another opportunity. We stopped by one evening after watching a movie, to get a bite of dessert. When we came in, a server was cleaning up in the bar area. We stood and waiting for almost 5 minutes before he finally looked up and came over. He didn’t welcome us to the restaurant — he asked us «Are you here to eat?» We were seated and the server immediately asked us if we knew what we wanted. We responded that we didn’t and we’d like to look at menus. He gave us one menu. I asked for a second menu. Despite several menus being available on tables all around, he said«I don’t have another. Just share.» I grabbed a menu off another table when he left. When he didn’t return for over 10 minutes to take our order, enough was enough. We got up and left. There were several other servers taking care of tasks around the restaurant that never approached us. There were only 3 or 4 tables actually filled and everyone was focused on cleaning. We called the manager and shared our experience. It was a very disappointing experience with a chain I actually like. Location really is everything.

This is the best mid priced family restaurant in Sebring. Which is pretty sad and says a lot about Sebring.

I ordered the cajun steak and shrimp. The steak was very salty, dry, and tough. I wont go back. Two meals $ 43, not worth the money. I did like the salad bar and my server Nelson was very nice.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in town. I have lives in Sebring, for approximately five years and have ate here at least twice a year. I always get exceptional service when I go there. The food is good, best burgers in town, but the service stands out to me. Plus I love the atmosphere, it’s cozy, comfortable yet modern.

Many people know the Ruby’s name and know the quality and quantity of their food. But if you are looking for a great lunch time place, Ruby’s in Sebring is the place to go. Ask to sit in the bar and for Carri as your server/bartender as she quite possibly is the best in town.
