The food was amazing, healthy, flavorful. Got the Bell Rock Plate, portion size was huge esp since I added the gluten free toast, GET the Mountain Man sausage, 5 diff game meats, best sausage I’ve ever had! It a cute little spot with natural one of a kind décor inside that matches the paleo theme. Great stop for someone health conscious who loves good food and large portions!

Wow! This is really the best restaurant in town. So happy to have healthy, organic, and reasonably priced food in Sedona. The atmosphere is also very cool and unique. Friendly service. A must– check it out.

Seriously… I have just eat the best food in the entire sedona. It is off the charts. They are not just Paleo but they also have gluten-​free options. Burgers, Paleo bowls, breakfast all day, Panini’s even. It is delicious! I had the Helio bowl with wild salmon and tons of, vegetables with amazing sauce and caramelized onion drizzled on top. Awesome!

I was in town for the Mtn Bike trails in Sedona and discovered this Café one morning while walking my dog. Ordered the breakfast wrap — egg, avocado and sweet potato hash. Soooooo good. Well made. Just the right portion. Very creative with flavors. And got me fueled for the day’s ride. Plus the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the health benefits of their menu. Highly recommended.

B.L.A.T. Sandwich is really good. Good portion with side for a lunch. Guessing that being only open for short period of time so far, they were either short staffed or too busy to handle the amount of customers that they had.

What an adorable spot! We stopped at another place down the street for breakfast, but it was 12N and they were only serving lunch. In good karma fashion the server there suggested this place, which just opened, and it was such a wonderful surprise! The food was absolutely delicious, they have tons of GF options, the staff is incredibly friendly and the space is just as lovely as they are. We can’t wait to come back! One of our new fave spots. I wish it could stay our little secret, so I just hope they remember us once it becomes a long-​standing hot spot. :)
