I was in the Paper Store in Seekonk Mass, I was looking at the Alex & Ani bracelets on display. A store employee asked ifI wanted to look at the bracelets, she could get me one. Apparently the ones on display were only for display. Very bad customer service.

The paper store is loaded with great gift ideas. They carry Vera Bradley, Alex an Ani along with local seascape décor for your home. I can’t say much for the customer service. I was looking for a special necklace for a event. The two girls working were busy chatting with each other. No one was paying attention to the customers in the store. I wondered around checking out the entire store and walked out without one person asking me if they could help me. I gave it a 5 stars because the store itself is really great for one stop shopping for gifts. There is a great assortment of cards and gift wrap to complete your present . There’s plenty of parking and it’s in the middle of a pretty busy shopping center. You can go from target, best buy, Kohls to Lindt Chocolate! Nice assortment of stores.

Absolutely love this store associates are always friendly and courteous. .keep coming back for alex and ani stuff… and I don’t mind them placing it at the register for you as a precaution… They always ask if I want the item gift wrapped… so bright and cheerful always make sure I stop whenever I am in the area !

I came in for an Alex and Ani bracelet. The stone on the bracelet was crooked, but I did not know until I got home because they give you one from the drawer and immediately put it upfront out of fear of theft. If you go to other stores, they do not act like this because they must attract classier clientele? it is sort of insulting to not trust the customer Also, they wouldn’t gift wrap the item. If I went somewhere else for the bracelet they would have. Most importantly, when I asked if the Alex and Ani earrings were safe for sensitive ears, she said she wasn’t sure and did not bother to ask someone else, so the store lost the additional sale of the earrings. I also asked for a price check of an air freshener and the woman made me wait while she hugged and chatted with another co-worker. They have great gifts for females such as Yankee candle, Alex and Ani, Godiva… but if I am going to purchase a gift I want better customer service

Their offerings consist of unoriginal bric-à-brac, overpriced licensed merchandise($ 11.99 for a Boston Bruins pint glass), and the generally useless items one might expect to find in such a store, including«Living Sand» and Ron Burgundy’s Magnum Opus, «Let Me Off At the Top.» Their staff ranges from indifferent to discourteous: they refused my wife the use of their restroom even after she had purchased two Yankee Candles. There is nothing within you can’t do without… or locate elsewhere if you simply must have it.

The Paper Store recently opened where the Country Buffet was in the Kohls Plaza. Since I was in the area today thought I would stop by. The store is very bright and spacious. They have a very large area with Hallmark products as well as Chamilia beads, Alex and Ani, Vera Bradley, Philosophy and Yankee Candle. It has the feel of a larger gift shop inside. While many of the items were geared towards females, it would be easy to pick out a birthday gift for both mean and women as well as a wedding or baby gift. The employees I saw were quite pleasant and helpful. The prices were about average. To be honest though, I can’t see myself being a regular customer. If I am in the market for one of these products I would be much more likely to continue down route 6 to Tickles in Swansea. Their offerings are similar and I’d rather support the local small business.
