The food was ok but the dinning area was full of flies. Did not want to finish eating in that place. When I mentioned it to an employee, he was like yep we know and rushed off to the back where not to be seen. At least put out some fly paper in the corner.

The workers here were all very pleasant. Even though they don’t have the Original Cheese Schlotsky anymore she figured out how to make it with a cheerful attitude. I asked for extra crispy(which most won’t do properly) and it came out PERFECT. The cook brought it out to me with a smile on his face and told me to have a nice rest of the day(and meant it). Also the bathrooms were impeccable.

Five out of five. This was the best schlotzskys I’ve been to in a long time, and we go probably twice a week. We were passing through from Austin on our way to San Antonio for a show and decided we needed some food before it was a pure liquid lunch. Lewis greeted us at the drive through promptly with excellent customer service. He was polite, professional, and quick. The way you should be in a drive through. The sandwiches them selves were amazing, slightly heavy on the onions but we enjoyed them. Highly recommend this as a stop for great service and a great lunch.

The food was excellent but when I ordered a Cinnabon I was expecting it to be warm and soft. I could have played hockey with what they tried to pass as a Cinnabon.

Stopped on way to Corpus from Dallas. Schlotzkys are usually a great spot that has something for everyone in the family. Somehow this location was completely out of ALLSALADS! I could understand if this was a mom & pop shop but this is unacceptable for a NATIONALRESTAURANT. Kids ended up getting pizza there and wife and I had to go to a REAL place of business that is actually MANAGED.

After eating a sandwich here yesterday, 9−12−15, and nothing else since, I had diarrhea and stomach cramps within about 6 or 7 hours.

Terrible drive thru experience! We waited 15 minutes and then they messed up our order.

Bad experience here as a vegetarian. When I order something off the menu and you tell me you have it then that’s what I expect to get… Not for it to be out and be given something completely different without asking 20 minutes later. Not cool.

The good: This location has great food and the staff is friendly. The bad: Unfortunately they have gotten my to go orders wrong the last 3 times I called in my order. I ask for sourdough bread and they keep giving me rye. While waiting for my order I have seen other customers come back with the same issue. Also, I reported the issue to the companies feedback section, and no one got back to me at all. No apology, nothing… Not sure if I will be back, which is a shame because when they get it right, the food is good.

Last two times I went in the whole front of the house was completely trashed. It’s not that hard to wipe things down, especially when there are only 4 customers. I don’t want to think about what the back looks like when they don’t even clean the front

the service in the drive thru can be improved and they didnt have any CINNABONS in stock during the evening dinner rush(15 minutes wait). the sandwiches were mediocre and for the price you dont exactly feel like you are getting your monies worth. i was just driving on thru but this is one of the lesser performing schlotzky’s i experienced«LOTZ» better at my local one in central texas many visits. please shape it up.
