My husband has deployed twice in the last two years so both times we were apart for Valentine’s Day. Both times he ordered from this location for an arrangement to be delivered to me on Valentine’s Day and both times they were late. Last year I received it a day late but we decided to oversee it since we figured it must be a busy day for deliveries. This year, they were three days late and the balloons he ordered arrived low on helium with the exception of one. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from this location in the future. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because they did refund the delivery fee: a whopping $ 14. I had to call them to ask about the order so who knows if I would have ever received it if I had not called after waiting 3 days.

A little disappointed, my husband preordered some arrangements. Which was supposed to be delivered in the morning. Our anniversary is on Valentine’s day which is yes a busy day of the year. But my husband ordered these weeks in advance. My husband planned our day around the delivery… Which never came… My husband was so bummed out it is now 7:15pm and still no arraingments. My husband called and the woman stated«they are in the car… They are just waiting for a driver…» This was around 5:30pm. I’m pretty sure we won’t be ordering from them again. Update: it is now 3:35pm and still no arrangements. Called and spoke with manager that had spoke with my husband earlier today she stated that in the computer it says that it says it’s supposed to be delivered on Thursday… Also that it is normal for them to contract local drivers to deliver arrangements during holidays. Update: it is now 8:03pm and still no delivery… Although, they are closed there is no way to convey this to them… Update: it’s now 8:57pm and half the order was delivered… The woman pulled the items out of her trunk… This was in a regular car also… Very disappointing… The basket was nice although some of the chocolate was melted and the strawberries were dirty. I expected more or better yet I expected a better product. Update today is Feb 15th called and spoke with someone in regards to order not being complete supposed to receive order at 12pm. We called at 9:00am… It is now 12:43pm and no order or phone call to notify.

My Husband had an Edible Arrangement delivered to my job. Just to show me he loves me. And it was soooooo delicious! I shared it with most of my co workers since it was a lot of fruit. The chocolate covered strawberries were my favorite. A long with the lion shaped flowers.(He’s a leo) lol! Smooches!

Ughhhhhh!!! I am so mad right now, that this review may not be understandable and super lonnnnnggg, so forgive me in advance. So, I just bought a fruit basket arrangement from edible arrangements for a friend who just got out of the hospital. When choosing which store I wanted my basket to be made/delivered by(since I live in NYC, I had to look at reviews on Unilocal cause I don’t trust those on their website) I in no way shape or form, selected this store 888-The Forum, Agora Pkwy in Selma, TX that had bad reviews, but instead went with the store 378-Churchill Place Blanco Rd in San Antonio, TX location with glowing reviews, you would have too. N-eways, after my order went through with the receipt sent to me saying that it was coming from the San Antonio store I chose, I went on my merry way thinking happy thoughts about how it would lift the spirits of my friend when she got it. WRONG! She receives it in a few hours and posts a photo on my FB page, and let me tell you, it looked nothing like the over $ 100 large basket I had ordered, but more like between a small and less than a medium and the fruits were all melons, with very little strawberries or pineapples, nothing like the website photo.(see below for picture) So I pick up the phone, call the San Antonio store thinking in my head, «how could this store with such good Unilocal reviews mess up my order so bad»…to find out it didn’t, cause it was not the store who made it. I find out from the manager at the 378-Churchill Place Blanco Rd, San Antonio store that they, not in these exact words, ignored the address I requested it to come from because the other store was closer and owned by the same owner, so they sent to that store instead and this is where they screwed up my happiness and made me the most disappointed I have been in a long time. So although I went out of my way to do research to choose where I wanted my order to come from, and the website allows you to select what store you want from the zip code you enter, they straight disregard customers requests, lie on the receipt which said it was coming from the store I chose and made my arrangement suck. Please, please do not order from this store location or if you order from somewhere else make sure it does not get diverted to this location instead, as you will be unhappy too. Granted the store manager of both locations got on the phone and listened to my rant and he indeed made things better, but I am still left with a bad taste in my mouth and unhappy as a customer because of how I must have looked like to my friend who got the crappy fruit basket arrangement. This experience has now made me leery of ever ordering from this company again for a while(and I was a loyal customer too) because no one wants to be on the phone for half an hour having to explain why their service sucks. Worse part is, if my friend had not sent me a photo, I would have never known how bad this store stuck it to me. So if you must ever order from this store(why in the world would you willingly?) or you get screwed with this store making your arrangement like I did, be sure you are able to somehow see it, so you don’t get screwed over like I did and ruin the rest of your day.

Someone bought me an arrangement for my birthday from here. Unfortunately I was not home when they attempted delivery. I called them today to try to pick up my arrangement. I was cutting it close to their closing time so I called ahead and told the girl in the phone that I was on my way. I sped through traffic and got out of my car holding the notice the delivery person left on the door. I ran up to the door only to see a girl behind the counter walk up to the door and lock it. I tried waving her down and she just ignored me. How crappy! I am calling the person who gifted me this to get a refund since quite obviously these people suck at customer service.

Shady business — Epic Spoil before Mother’s Day. The driver, Matt, calls me on Thur 5⁄8 to apologize for spoiling the surprise the day before but claims he needed to verify my address. Info exchanged & confirmed to receive at 1pm on Friday. My daughter calls me on Friday heartbroken because the Edible Arrangements store in Selma says I wasn’t at the address to accept the gift. No delivery was ever attempted. I called the store and spoke with the manager to remind them of the address correction. The manager had no idea what arrangement Matt made with me & claimed due to store policy the address correction was a re-delivery & was never supposed to deliver until Monday 5⁄12 anyway.
