This is the slowest McDonald’s drive thru I have ever been to. I have lived in Selma for nearly 20 years, and this place has ALWAYS been slow. They are friendly and pretty fast inside, but avoid the drive thru.

Terrible service, lack of sense urgency, poor customer service skills, seen manager thru drive-window just hanging out sipping on coffee and another two young «managers» casually chatting and horsing around, the female one scratching her hair, yuck. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

The worst McDonald’s in the area. Everyone makes mistakes, but they were mad at ME for THEIR mistake. And for that matter, they’re mean throughout the entire ordering process as well. The food was poorly made and messy when we finally got it replaced. And I only gave one star because I had to for the review, they honestly don’t deserve it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I pretty positive they can afford to higher more staff. They are always understaffed. Went thru the drive through and it took about 20 min to get my food. After I got my food… It was cold! Seriously… It’s a fast food restaurant! Machines would be more competent!

Ordered a shake but the ice cream machine wasn’t working –they didn’t think to tell me until I was at the window. I could have reversed out of the drive thru if they would have just told me when I ordered it rather than make me wait in the line for absolutely no reason.

I don’t know if it is because we’re from LA, but this is one of the friendliest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Business is definitely robust here but the workers keep things moving and pleasant from what I’ve seen in my two visits. First trip, employee checked if we really wanted a large iced coffee (we didn’t). Second trip, another employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the daily specials.
Extra bonus: the only McDonald’s I’ve seen with a Twix McFlurry!!! And they also have a pumpkin and crème pie.

Horrible!!! Staff acts like they don’t care. Not a smile in the place.
The place was filthy. Nothing was cleaned — tables, floor and bathrooms. There were wet floor warning signs all over the place but nothing was moped.. . Just soda spills and food on the ground.
The food was marginally passable for a mc Donald’s franchise.
The owner should be ashamed or lose their Resturant.

Usual, nothing special but kids ask for it.
I don’t usually do fast food reviews but it’s okay. Nothing special but cheap. It’s my my cup of tea but somehow, someway the kids love it.
There is a play area available is small but keeps the kids busy and active while you chew down your meal. Service is okay, the usual teens and forty year old managers with a chip on their shoulder type of place.
I rate this place 3.0
