This store is ALWAYS messing up on our order in some shape or form. They even forgot to put meat in a burger once!!! I spoke with the female manager that was there and she didn’t even act like she cared… such terrible customer care.

My first time hear was enough to keep me away forever. Although the resteraunts looked very nice and the service was good, the burgers were worse than terrible. The patty for my burger tasted odd and cold, and when I looked at it, I found it wasnt cooked all the way. It was still raw and they had served it to me. As a result, I ended up puking in their restroom. I hadn’t thrown up in years until I visited wendys. I threw up the entire one bite of my uncooked burger and never returned since then

Maybe it’s just Selma fast food restaurants that just suck. More times than not I’ve been disappointed on my lunch break when coming here. Once I was told the portobello burger promo they had wasn’t being offered anymore even though the promo had just started and the ads were all over the store. The very next day a customer after me ordered that burger and boom he got it. A few weeks later I ordered a vanilla frosty that I never received. My lunch was over so I had to leave but it would have been nice to know the machine wasn’t ready when I ordered. On top of that they are just slow slow slow to get food out to you.

havent been to wendys in months. after my last experience it will definitely be my last experience. overpriced burgers, a $ 2.79 doublestack that was shrunken down to what looks like a small hockey puck. come on, seriously? a double burger thats only 3″ across ? keep your burgers wendys… i am heading for in-n-out

I frequently come here for their salads. My usual a Spicy Chicken Ceaser Salad. Now in several occasions when I order the salad I notice they give me regular chicken instead of the spicy, fine but I would like to be notified that I’m not getting what I’m paying and ordered for. I decided to write a review today because I found what appears to be a fly in the folds of one of the lettuce pieces.(I put up a picture of it) I am very disappointed and grossed out. I don’t think I’ll be going back after this. Check all your food thoroughly.

I m sorry folks, my cheeseburger was cold and dry. It had been laying around the edge of the grill way too long. This is a consistent problem. I think they want to reduce the wait time so they cook them in advance. Six bucks for a single combo You should expect more.

While the service was friendly, the restaurant was extremely dirty. The trash was not immediately emptied, even after a customer complained. The tables were not cleaned and many had leftover food and trash on them. The air conditioning was not working properly too. Staff doesn’t seem to be on top of things here, particularly with respect to keeping the restaurant clean and comfortable for its customers.

Food is pretty much the same as any other Wendys the cashier was being pretty patient with my kids so that’s a plus I probably come back
