Fat Boy’s Pizza

I got my pizza delivered after an hour and twenty minutes of waiting and it was cold. Called to complain but was put on hold twice. Hung up and called again and they blamed it on them only having one delivery driver. I will never do business with fat boys again!

Okay, so first… let’s assume that if you’re delivering food to a hotel room that the person is most likely going to need silverware and napkins. Instead I had to tear apart my calzone like a caveman and the Hampton Inn is probably a little irritated that I got marinara sauce on one of their wash cloths.
Now, the food… the calzone was dry inside. Too much Ricotta I guess because it really fell apart while I was eating it. That was probably only made worse because it was torn apart with my bare hands. Overall, it was okay. Not the greatest calzone and not the worst.
And just a heads up for anyone else. I ordered on a Monday night around dinner time. Delivery took an hour and 15 minutes. If it was a Friday night, I could understand, but on a Monday? That’s excessive. I did order through the website which was really easy and convenient and you don’t have to stand there awkwardly trying to figure out how to hold your food (because they always hand it to you first for some stupid reason) and sign your receipt. No receipt to sign if you order online!

We were told this spot had a new owner. We’ve been twice lately for takeout and I will say the pizza and subs have been delicious.
I noticed the woman working the oven knew what she was doing. If my pizza stayed in for 3 – 5 minutes longer it would have been perfect. The flavor of the dough is nice. The sauce is tangy.
Keep it up and we will be regulars. Nice job to the new owner.

Food was awesome. The staff was super nice and very personable. We ordered a large pizza for the whole family. While we were eating the staff asked if we were enjoying the pizza. We said that it was really good but one of our children had wanted to try a different kind. The employee went and got my daughter a slice of pizza at no charge. It ended up being the owner.

Very good, right in the center of town, friendly staff! Very clean! Pizza’s good too: large slices, reasonably priced.

The biggest problem with this place is the food is so inconsistent. Some times its nice thin tasty pizza. Other times it is uncooked greasy shit that gives you indigestion. They have fudged deliveries for my friends with no acknowledgment of wasting peoples time. This place could be good but they simply have no standards in their business.

Great food! Awesome lasagna and the only place that serves breakfast on Sunday morning. The new owners were very accommodating! Highly recommend

When my boyfriend and I first ordered from here we were impressed by the quality of pizza compared to the other two local pizza joints. However, we have since ordered take away many times only to be disappointed by the lack of consistency both with the food and service. The last three times we have ordered a part of our order was missing or incorrect and once when we called to switch out incorrect food I was met by an annoyed, resistant employee on the phone who had to put me on hold while he «figured out what to do».
The online ordering… goddamn. what a mess. It is an antiquated system that is in desperate need of a little investment to bring it up to 21^st century standards. Half the time the online discounts don’t even work.
The restaurant itself is quite nice and I enjoy the air hockey and pinball machine. The Burgundy Rub wings are also amazing.

i think it is better here all around compared to the other pizza shops in town. the prices are good and the foods great. both of my kids enjoy it. the staff has no problems fixing any mistakes that come through and i have noticed the staff has changed lately. they seem to have things going in the right direction now.
