Good food, a full plate and a fair price! My reason for only three stars was the service from the guy at the desk. He seated three people (2 couples and a foursome) be froe us, even though we were there before any of them. That really sucks, and would move me to try another location next time.

The BEST Chinese food around. Service is great, prices are great, and you get a TON of food!!! Try the General Tso’s chicken. It’s super good!!!

This is go-​to Chinese place for me and my husband. Wonton soup is so~~good and other food is pretty tasty. People working here are very friendly and have awesome memory. They do remember what we normally order and what we like too. ^_​^ Great service and tasty food. also like the décor.

Beautiful ambiance, good service, got the combo and it was super tastey. Delicious from the start– hot tea, egg rolls, and the General Tao chicken hit the spot.

What the heck… How does a Sequim Chinese Restaurant cook better than other restaurants in Seattle? Something is fishy, but not here.
Every time I cross over to Sequim for a short weekend trip, I’ll hit up fortune star. Being Chinese, I have a high standard and looking at the menu they have, everything is Americanized. That’s when speaking Cantonese comes into play, you ask what else they have and they’ll give you the good stuff.
Although the food sometimes comes out a little salty, I overlook because the dish makes up in terms of flavor and freshness. Everything I’ve had so far at fortune star has been perfect and I’ve had zero complaints about anything. The restaurant is clean, and the wait staff are friendly. What more could you ask for in Sequim?
5⁄5 always coming back for more and you know I approve when I go to a restaurant more than once.

Here in Sequim is an authentic Cantonese restaurant serving five star food including Dim sum specialties. Service congenial and helpful. Very pleasant dining room. Wine and beer

Great Chinese food! I had low expectations given that we were in a small town.
+ sole fillets in clay pot. Very tasty and perfectly cooked with lots of vegetables
+ shrimp dumplings were yummy
+ good hot and sour soup
+ served us even though we came in 30 min before closing. The waitress definitely rushed us out though by giving us our check and packing our food into boxes at the table while we were still clearly eating.
~ I got the lamb was okay but the boyfriend liked it

I don’t know why we are having such a vastly different experience than others who have posted but so far we have been waiting an hour and have gotten one small entrée with some rice and nothing else of our large order for five. No appetizers. No fried rice. Call me crazy but I enjoy my entrees together – after my appetizers. The food we did finally get was ok. Average with the exception of the sesame balls which just earned them one more star. I think this is much more focused on take out but they need to take care of their dine-​in customers as well.
