When it comes to espresso drinks in Sequim, there is Suzon’s and then there’s everybody else. From the choice of beans to technique, she is spot on.

The best mocha I have ever had. None of the nasty syrup you will find anywhere else. Semisweet Spanish(? i think) chocolate melted and blended with real whole milk. Every shot pulled to perfection. There isn’t an espresso drink from Kingston the Port Angeles like Suzon’s. Don’t pass this gem up when passing through.

Excellent coffee. Whenever I’m in town visiting, this is where I get coffee. It definitely competes with best that I get where I live, in Portland. Try the mochas! They are made with melted dark chocolate and are the best that I’ve had anywhere. Just wish that she was open on Sunday’s so I could grab my last cup before I head back home!

The best mocha I have ever had. The owner says it’s because she doesn’t use chocolate syrup or milk, instead she melts chocolate chips, delicious. Stopped by when traveling through because of the excellent reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. She was so friendly, it was a cozy and cute atmosphere, and the cream cheese chocolate muffin was delicious as well.

I’m a coffee snob… I can honestly say that not only is this the best cappuccino in Sequim, this is the best cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life! Period. Suzon is a sweet little thing and she knows what she’s doing behind that espresso machine. Go here! This is what coffee is all about.

Herkimer beans done right by the smartest sweetest barista I have met! don’t let her fool ya though. She makes a mean macchiato! she is also the owner of this true coffee shop. meticulous hand pulled shots. Leave the city coffee snobbery behind. You get the quality service that matches if not surpasses the coffee itself. We needed a pick me up before Neah Bay and this hits the spot. The space is unique and classy. It has all of Susan’s personal touches. I got coffee to go but couldn’t help but just savor my macchiato and chatting with her for a bit. the locals love her and we can see why! note: Sept 10-beginning of October ish. she is on vacation! much deserved of course. I hope the community keeps watch over her shop while she is traveling!

I can vouch for the mocha! Best I’ve ever had. I prefer a less sweet mocha and usually would ask for the Batista to make it half as sweet, which translates to half as many pumps of syrup. This place uses real semi-sweet dark chocolate and the result is amazing.

Suzon pulls a mean shot of espresso! My macchiato was perfectly timed and the condition of the milk was on point. Her shop is lovely-go check it out.

We are a coffee-loving couple and decided to spend the morning at Suzon’s on our way out of Olympic National Park after seeing the impressive reviews on Unilocal.Without hesitation Suzon recommended we order Americanos; Paul took his black and I added steamed soy milk to mine. Delicious! Suzon is very knowledgable about the brewing of beans. She dedicates time and attention to each individual order she brews. Beans come from Herkimer, a roasting company in Seattle, Washington. Suzon’s is a cozy, café atmosphere with wifi, small tables, and a window bar. It was a great place to post up for a couple of hours. Suzon was even kind enough to offer us plates and silverware to eat our breakfast on that we brought. She’s a delightful woman! Thanks Suzon!

Stopped for an espresso on my way to Olympic National Park, and was completely blown away by Suzon’s attention to detail and awesome shot pulling abilities. Suzon’s currently uses beans from Herkimer in Seattle, and the owner is very enthusiastic about only using the freshest beans. Warning for those looking for drip: she doesn’t do it because it won’t be fresh, but she does offer french press and americanos.

I’m local and decide to stop in and test out one of her mochas. Unbelievable is a great description! Susan creates super high quality drinks that are just excellent. Her attention to detail is very good and she was willing to explain any question I could think of regarding the art of coffee drinks while watching her make my fabulous mocha. Normally I am not interested in foam on my drink as I think it takes away from the«good stuff». Suzon’s foam is where it’s at. In fact, if I could get a 32 oz. foam mocha I would! There is something about the mix of coffee, chocolate, and the tiny air in the foam that hit’s it just right for my taste. Stop in and she what she can do for your favorite drink!!!

Very good coffee – had a non-fat latte and it was very well prepared and presented. The butter croissants come with apricot preserve, which was a nice added touch. Also lots of interesting antiques to look at and/or purchase. All in all, a nice place to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee in Sequim!

Just left with probably the best hot chocolate I have ever had. It’s made with real chocolate melted in steamed milk. They don’t take cards and I didn’t have cash so she let me pay with an IOU. I think I found heaven. Will definitely be back(and will pay my IOU).

The espresso and hot chocolate are always spot on. There is parking in the back and street parking in the front. The owner is super nice and makes an awesome cappuccino. I like to browse through the café while our drinks are being prepared. I enjoy the small-town feel of this place.

We hit Vivace on Capitol Hill on a daily basis, but during our trip to the peninsula in summer 2013, we happened upon this cute spot in Sequim. In order to get in, you kind of have to walk through a fitness center, but the detour is worth it. The woman who runs it is SO adorable, you wanna put her in your pocket. We had a triple americano and a triple cappuccino, respectively – and they were done quite well. Often cappuccinos come out way too dry, but they achieve a good middle ground here. Coffee was full-bodied without tasting burnt. We were very happy and will return.

I come to Suzon’s on a daily basis… as dose everyone who has ever tried the espresso here. I am still amazed at how much attention Suzon pays to each and every shot she makes, sometimes she will go through three or four until she gets it just right. Haven’t had a a drink that was less then excellent yet The cappuccinos are always consistent, and the mocha is made with real chocolate… watch out Vivace! I just can’t say enough about how awesome it is here! Sue works Magic with the beans and milk.

Excellent coffee in a somewhat hard to spot place. Whether staying in Sequim or passing through, pop in for your favorite coffee or espresso drink. There’s comfy seating, too, so you may just decide to hang out for a while in either case.
