Honestly, one of the most disappointing Starbucks I have ever been to… And basing this review on about a total of 10 trips to this location. I have lived all around the US but am from the Northwest… I even made a special trip to this location since red cups are back and I am visiting my parents in forks with no star bucks around… I basically drove an hour and a half for caramel brûlée latte.(I needed a couple things from wal Mart). But mostly a damn caramel brûlée latte. Yes. I take it that serious. The service here– the baristas– whoever is working window… Whatever, they’re usually nice.(Esp the guys for some reason) Super friendly so that gets two stars. But the drinks… Every Dang Time Sucky. Does corporate not come out here since its further away… Do they have a different training process… Do they just think sequin means a ton of foam… Less flavor… Maybe their machines timing is off? I know it has nothing to do at tamping etc because they press a button… But I really wonder why… Why. WHYYYYYYY does this Starbucks consistently suck. No matter the person making the drinks or on bar whatever they call it… No matter iced or hot… My venti caramel brûlée… Which should taste like Christmas in my mouth…(I haven’t had one in almost a year)… Tasted like watered down… Ran thru espresso. Mouth swished caramel brûlée. Not even sweet… Not even coffee-y… Not even milky… is there whipped cream on this? Yes… just a half cup of foam… Maybe some gas station mop water. Idk. I was too far away to take it back. Not that I would, I mean, maybe just cry alone in my car. But EVERYTIME this place blows the drinks. Even vanilla lattes. Like are we not on the same page about how many pumps! I know arm strength varies. But cheese and rice… One day you have the hulk. The next a dainty princess… It is frustrating and sad. Safeway locations shouldn’t be better than actual stand alone locations Corporate. Please fix this. I just wanted red cup jolly Christmas in my mouth and instead I can still taste the disappointment. Oh. And bring back the original morning bun… Will ya?!

Any body that knows me knows my love of Starbucks and for me, it’s all about the coffee. So to go into this store on a Saturday afternoon and be told they can only offer pour over, even Pike, is disappointing, actually since there was no power failure or excuse of machine broke… unheard of. I normally prefer Starbucks stores over the ones in markets, but in Sequim, my chose will be the Safeways.

Excellent, friendly staff, perfect drinks, every time! Typically speaking, I prefer small, independently owned businesses, but the Sequim Starbucks is nothing short of fabulous. They offer the small town charm and customer care, while maintaining high corporate standards. It’s a bit like that old show«Cheers», definitely warm, inviting, and everyone knows my name :-)

Very fast. Good drinks. Just wish they would carry a dairy alternative besides soy! Almond milk or coconut milk and I would go there. Since they don’t I usually take my business elsewhere.

I have been a daily Starbucks drinker for 10 + years and have been to no less than 200 locations across the country and have never been so insulted at a Starbucks in my life Lisa the manager accused me of having a rude inflection in my voice while ordering because I repeated and emphasized my order to prevent mistakes Which I thought was just a misinterpretation but when she kept on at me and accused me of being a con artist by the way I ordered my drink I will never return to Starbucks over this. If it had been a regular employee that’s one thing but if people like her are made management that reflects poor judgment on the part of corporate I will never return. Lol we are in Washington I can spit and hit a coffee stand wake up Starbucks your losing your customers

A quick trip here guarantees a great start to my day. Exemplary service and consistently excellent coffee make for a winning combination. Thank you to everyone who works at the Sequim Starbucks for making it one of the best places in town!

I’m no Starbucks nut… but it is nice to have around sometimes especially if you like ice cram and flavors in your drinks(ok who doesn’t just a little). I myself make 90% of my visits during the winter season exclusively for the caramel brulee latte. On a darker note, $ 6 – 7 dollar drinks!!! and the espresso… well thats another thing all together, no custom options at all, just 2% milk medium roast, a one size fits all type thing. Oh and that drive through is REALLYTIGHT almost impassible for a truck. Bottom line: At a place that has a new face every week and where everybody thinks that a Macchiato is a caramel latte, I can’t help but wonder if this is more about a trendy experience, and not the actual coffee.

i don’t hand out 5-stars all willy nilly like it’s no big deal and really, the extra star i’m including(i was planning on giving 4-stars) goes out specifically to a few of the employees. so first of all, this is the only Starbucks location in sequim with the exception of the one in Safeway. there’s plenty of seating, a drive-thru, and a cute little outdoor area in front with tables and umbrellas. i used to frequent this location A LOT when i was in grad school and needed a change of scenery to study but i haven’t lived up in sequim for over two years. recently, however, i was up there to visit family and went in and TWO of the employees remembered me. in fact, one of them, before i even said anything, said«grande iced soy dirty chai»… SHEREMEMBEREDMYDRINK from years ago. i mean, COMEON. if that’s not impeccable service i don’t know what is. unrelated personal gripe: how can we change the name of the establishment? THERESHOULDN’T BEANAPOSTROPHE, ugh.

Went to the drive thru to pick up coffee for my man while he was working near by and the girls working there were super nice. I had my dog with me and they offered her some treats, which I thought was awesome.

We did the drive through on our way to the Olympic National Park. The Venti bold pick of the day was absolutely killer strong and the best cup of coffee I had in a while. Extra points for them filling up my gal’s water bottle!

SLOWSERVICE… Come on, I know it’s out in the country, but don’t all the people at Starbucks go through the same training? I’ve been here several times and here are my annoyances: 1. Girl with a super high voice — I want to smack her almost every time she opens her mouth. 2. They don’t stir my white mocha — all the syrup ends up on the bottom. Even when I ask them to stir it(eventhough I shouldn’t have to) they forget! 3. I’ve had the same girl there a few times and I have to explain to her what«half –caf» is. Ugghhh! 4. From the time I stood in line until my coffee was actually served was 17 minutes. There were probably 5 people in line!!! If you’re in a rush, don’t go here, you’re better off stopping at Safeway. If you have the time to relax and wait, then it’s definately good… avoid chunky, high-talking girl at all costs.
