This was the first time we were here. Incredibly crowded. Parking lot was packed. There were two lines down the dining hall at lunch time. Luckily my wife was with me and she got a seat for us while I ordered. As always the staff at chick fil a is so friendly and helpful. The same customer service I have come to expect from this brand. Weird moment watching the employee taking out the trash. He had this cart he was supposed to take the bags out of the cans and put them in the cart and out to the dumpster I assume. Well his cart was already full and he just kept piling and then the bags were leaking all over the place. And then a lady had to mop up behind him. It’s like well just go empty the cart dude. Anywho. This is a good place to eat.

First, let me say I am a fan of Chick-fil-a. This review concerns your approach to offering a Military Discount. At most franchises a military discount is offered showing respect for military service, which I and other service members appreciate. Unfortunately, the way the discount was conveyed to me today was not the best approach and may not reflect the intentions of this or other Chick-fil-a franchises. I placed my order and asked if a military discount was offered at the drive through. When I got to the window to pick up my order I was informed that the discount only applies to active duty military members. My military ID is green and my commission from congress has no expiration date. I still have my military look and bearing. I and many others were recalled during Desert Storm and are subject to be recalled for service at any time. Both the guard and reserve military members do not have green ID cards. None the less, they serve one weekend a month and/or when called upon, which for the past 15 years should not be a surprise to anyone who watches the news. It’s not about the price. It’s about the approach, which implies there’s a difference in the some military members service. While probably not your intention, such an approach to offering a discount appears discriminatory and is insulting to every military service member more than you may realize. I highly recommend your approach be changed and that you consider the a different one like the one below: In this case, and especially for those concerned, including your staff and the thousands of other military customers like me, it would be better to only offer a military discount to those military service members who are actually in uniform. Why, you may ask. Well it’s simple: First, it reinforces your business image and allows staff to respectfully handle the situation in the future. Second, for future military member/customers, who see no difference in the importance of their service, the recommended approach will indicate they are being treated fairly and appreciated, which is the intended reason for your Military Discount. Posted on behalf of every military member, past, present or future: Always Faithful, Mustang Marine

Food is always good but 3 stars because of excessive long wait at the drive thru. You should not have to wait 30 minutes at a drive thru anywhere. If the drive thru is backed up I suggest somewhere else

Incredibly busy… almost TOO busy for comfort. But the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the food was very fresh. Decent Chic-Fil-A.

I wish there was a negative stars. This is the worst chick fil a on the planet. The employees are rude and the manager is even more rude. I had a large order at lunch and they wouldn’t give me a big bag so I could carry it all. At every other cfa I can get a kids meal with a chicken sandwich but not this one. Then the employee started talking about me to the other employees and they all gave me dirty looks. Unfortunately we had to go back later in the afternoon. Our order cost $ 10.44 and we gave them a $ 20.45. He gave us a penny back and refused to give us our $ 10 change!!! He even said ‘you didn’t give me a $ 20!’ They said they had to count down the drawer first. The manager was very rude and gave us $ 10 out of her wallet. She slapped it in my husbands hand and said ‘I hope your happy! I had to take this out of my own wallet!’

The drive thru was horrible. It took 20 minutes to get our food, and the inside line didn’t look much better. It wasn’t even lunchtime! It was 2:00. The food was good though, and our order was correct. I ordered a Chickfila sandwich with extra pickles, and the pickles came in a plastic container instead of being on the sandwich. This was annoying especially since I’m driving and obviously in the drive thru.

I was lest impressed with this Chick fil-A then other locations I have visited, the employees did not seem perky and the usual«My pleasure» when assisting you. It was 20 minutes before closing so maybe it was a long day, one of my friends who works for chick film-a said the food didn’t taste 100% the way they expected it, maybe different market, different supplier. Restaurant was clean and service was quick.

Came here before my flight home last Friday. I’ve never eaten at one before but always want to try something new when I’m on the road for work. I’m not a huge fan of theirs due to their strong religious beliefs against the LGBT community as I believe that it’s not up to us to discriminate or judge but to just love one another and leave the judging to the big guy upstairs as to what’s right or wrong. Now that I’ve gotten off of my soapbox, I’ve never eaten fast food that was fried in peanut oil and found that the flavor was a little different but in a great way. My fries and chicken didn’t have that greasy taste or texture to it and actually enhanced it. They were slammed when we got there, with two drive through lanes filled and a full house inside. They handled it with great skill and we received our order in a timely manner. The restaurant was kept clean throughout and the outside was clean too. Overall, a great experience.

The best Chick-fil-A I’ve been too. Even though they were very busy at the time I was there, they were very prompt and polite. A gentleman even went around and handed out mints.

Prices slightly inflated due to the area. Hey it’s a chic fil-a. Nothing special, but nice little jungle gym for kids and clean area to eat.

Huge fan of Chick-Fil-A!!! Thank goodness for places like this! They give burger joints a run for their money!!! It’s fresh, tender and so far from fast food. Te sweet tea is OUTSTANDING!!! After finding CFA I can’t go anywhere else for chicken. If I moved out of TN I surely would miss Chick-Fil-A :)

Typically our family loves CFA and it is one of our favorite places to eat with the kiddos. This one however is very sub-par. Very dirty and run down. The food was decent but the service was poor and the play place was filthy. Not a typical CFA experience.

Crazy busy at noon on a Monday. Decent chicken items, good waffle fries, great shakes, but at farily high prices. No such thing as a «value menu» here. One real pain if you are disabled — the Handicap Parking spots are far from the door and located where the drive-thru line will block you in! Thanks mangement!

As with all chic-fil-a, mmm, mmm, good. Love the spicy chicken biscuit. We ate breakfast here twice.
