Wait was long, about 45 minutes, but that’s really to be expected in this area especially on the weekend. The food ranged from bland to just awful. There really wasn’t anything good about it. The pancakes were probably the worst I’ve ever had. Rubbery and flavorless. The potatoes were undercooked. None of our eggs were as ordered. It had all most definitely been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time so a lot of it had started to congeal. The waitress was disinterested and was nowhere to be found most of the time. Overall, just a crappy experience. I honestly didn’t even expect much from a touristy pancake house in Sevierville, but this was just simply gross.

Ordered a skillet and my wife and I shared it. It also came with 2 pancakes. Nice atmosphere and friendly folks.

This place was fitting with the whole gatlinburg vibe. Our server was super friendly and our food was good. Big portions and big drink sizes. Definitely worth trying out.

Not a bad spot for a quick breakfast. I had the chicken and waffles. Unlike some of those other pancake places, the chicken was the real deal. None of that fast food quality chicken strip. We were seated immediately and had plenty of room. Having the kids with us this time can make any dining event a challenge(the youngest is 2) so some places are impossible. This will be on the revisit list when we’re around the area for sure.

I so wish I could give this place 5 stars! The biscuits and gravy were phenomenal! Pancakes were good too! The home style potatoes weren’t my favorite… lacked flavor! My only gripe was I wanted bacon instead of eggs on my skillet, and they wouldn’t substitute… two eggs was $ 3.25 on the sides… bacon was $ 3…they really would’ve gotten out cheaper letting me substitute! Oh well… I’d eat here again if only for the biscuits and gravy!

Came here the first time with the family and cane across the Sticky Bun pancakes. OMG best I ever had. Long story short coming home from Myrtle Beach HAD to come back and get it again!!! So I drove 10 hours to come back and get them again!!! Highly recommend everyone getting them! You will thank me later. I promise

Food was great. Service was excellent and they were busy. I had a white egg sausage and cheese omelet. Wife and kids pancakes. Everything was great. Will be back again.

Me and the girlfriend went here one morning on our vacation, we waited 5 – 7 minutes waiting on a «host» to seat us, like why couldn’t a waitress sit us? And they weren’t even that busy. So we waited and finally got a seat. So we waited another 5 minutes and no one showed up or stop by our table so we left. The service was terrible so I give it two stars —

Wow! Breakfast was great! Love the mason jars. Best biscuit and gravy I have had in a while. My over easy eggs were a bit over cooked but that was the only downfall, thanks!

After a short weekend in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, we ate at Flapjack’s on the way outta town. I have to say, the ‘pancake house’ concept is pretty prevalent thru out, and its hard finding one that is above average. THIS Flapjacks in Sevierville did NOT disappoint!!! So BLUF: — The pancakes are seriously awesome. I am not a pancake person and usually don’t touch them, but these were«I’m going to need a wheelbarrow to get outta here, but its worth it!» quality pancakes!!! They come with everything, so make sure you leave room. — Omelets were great! The eggs were so fluffy!!! I didn’t have any greasiness on my plate from excessive butter or oil from the omelet! One comment, tho — I got ‘The Works’ omelet, and I should’ve said ‘no mushrooms.’ They use canned mushrooms, which weren’t great. — Biscuits & gravy were delish! Both are fresh made and smack of yo mama’s house! — The service was the best we had in the whole freakin area! Our server, Kenna, was awesome! Funny, polite, attentive, and just all around made my day! all in all — stop at this one! You’ll be happy you did!

The only thing good was the sticky bun pancakes. We waited for about 45 minutes for cold food. We were afraid to send it back to get warmed up because we thought we would have to wait another 45 minutes. We it waitress was nice, but I would stop to a local pancake place instead of going to this restaurant.

Breakfast here doesn’t get any better! I had the sticky buns pancakes… amazing! Portions are really large but half was wasted because I wasn’t in the position for carry out! Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their food. Service was the best of anywhere around. This will probably be our heading out stop for breakfast place from on out!

Rating pretty much sums it up. Staff was friendly. Floors were dirty from breakfast rush. Ordered soft scrambled eggs and got hard scrambled. This is a pet leave of mine. If I wanted hard scrambled could have eaten the free stuff at the hotel. My kids could both cook eggs right by the time they were 8 years old! The server should see the error when picking up the plate. I mean my goodness the place just serves breakfast and they can’t cook eggs!!! Don’t bother. Find a Waffle House if you want good breakfast. I will next time — like in the morning.

There are so many good restaurants in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville area. This is not one of them. I did’t Unilocal it beforehand and regretted that immediately. The sign, the marketing, the appeatance, and the line out the door made me think it must be good. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and another 10 to see our waitress. It was BUSY. Again, I thought that was a good sign. However, the food was lousy. The bacon was overcooked. The homefries were undercooked. The biscuits were stale. AND… for a place named Flapjacks, they were terrible; old, cold, flavorless, rubbery things. I’m sorry we ate here.

This could have been the worst breakfast experience I have had in gatlinburg area. The wait was horrible. The food sucks and the service is even worse. Don’t count on a refill if you even get your drink which my kid never did. Don’t waste your time or money

Had a weekend trip to TN with friends. Sunday was our last day together so we decided to have breakfast before everyone parted ways. I’ve def experienced better. Table of 8 had to wait damn near an hour to get our food. You know how youre at the table, having a great conversation and then you look around like«wait, what did I come in here for again… WTF is our food!!!» There was another Table of 8 that came in AFTER(approx 15⁄20 minutes after was arrived) us and got their food in a decent time. Our orders weren’t complicated at all. The waitress was super nice tho. The quality of the food wasn’t what I expected. I really expected this place to be better than iHop or Waffle House. It wasn’t. It was just aight, nothing special. I was hoping that — OMG I JUST realized that I didn’t get my side of potatoes. They ripped me off! And Im sure I paid for those potatoes too! UGH! Anyway, I was hoping that it would’ve been good since it was crowded when we got there and we had to wait 35⁄45 minutes to be seated. The eggs were questionable. I wasn’t sure if they were fake eggs or shell eggs at first. The pancakes were, eh, microwaved to me. The hubz got his pancakes with blueberries — those were actually really good. I had a scoop of the berries and sauce on my pancakes. He always great menu picks. Maybe I’m to blame — I’m just basic lol Anyway, they wont be flappin’ my jacks anytime soon.

Good selection of choices for pancakes on the menu. We got the mixed berry along with eggs and hash browns. The whole meal was«okay» but the pancakes weren’t very fluffy and the potatoes were overly oily. We love the theme and the cabin façade is cute along with the charming indoor touches. Very cozy! Wouldn’t eat there again with so many choices for breakfast on the parkway.

There are a lot of breakfast places in this area. I guess pancakes are a tradition around here. My wife and I considered many places that had lines out the door before we stopped here. The line was shorter because they’re a little further away from the touristy stuff. We were sat pretty quickly, which I was pleased with. But once the waitress brought our waters and took our order, the service pretty much ended. The good news is that when another woman brought our food out, after a bit of a wait, the food tasted good. I had the cabin French toast and my wife had an omelette, which came with two pancakes and grits. We both added potatoes to our meal for only 99 cents. The atmosphere here was nice. It has a log cabin-esqe feel to it. The décor was neat too. For a local chain in a touristy area, I’d say this was good. Good for family, good for couples, reasonably priced, and what you should expect from the outside.

Had the wild cherry pancake, with country potatoes, and scrambled eggs. The pancakes were really good, but the country potatoes was blend and didn’t have much flavoring to them. Service was good, but after tasting the food, can’t figure out why it was so busy. Be it as it may, the restaurant is will decorated and has very nice log cabin look and feel.
