We visit here faithfully every year for my Dads birthday. Usually good but tonight there were severe issues. Food was decent, waitress was fine but when we went to pay… the skirmish began. Our bill was over $ 100 and we were using 3 $ 50 gift cards to pay. The cashier was clueless and had to get the manager. The manager had even less of a clue of how to give a senior discount or allow us to use the cards. Ended up using 2 cards and cashing the rest. Nobody ever even scanned the cards so not sure if the manager just kept them or? Staff is in severe need of training to say the least. Definitely going to rethink the choice for next year.

Services here is friendly and attentive. Our order came out and enjoy every bit of it. From the pancakes to the bacon and eggs!

We stopped here for breakfast before leaving the area on Sunday morning and had wonderful experience. This is like any other IHOP around, same menu, same look, etc. We were set at a table right away and a waitress came to take our drink order shortly after. Drinks were delivered a little after she took our drink orders. She took our food order and food was delivered not too long after that. Everyone’s food was cooked and delivered how it was suppose to be. I had the Strawberry-​Banana French Toast with a combo and everything was delicious. I usually get really overcooked or under-​cooked eggs and these were perfectly cooked. I thought our waitress did a great job waiting on all her tables and she had quite a few big parties. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would stop back in.

Our waitress was a complete scatter brain. She knocked the butter off my pancakes with her hands and said it slid off on the table, so she picked it up with her hand and went on. My husband found a piece of plastic in his pancake, and mine was still raw in the middle. The iHop in pigeon forge is better.

Our ticket was placed on the wrong line so we received our food extremely late after they realized we should have already had it. The importance of this is that it was around 9 pm and there were only about four other tables currently seated. When our food came out they brought my mother pancakes, but she had ordered chicken strips. It took longer for her’s to come out again. My fries had clearly been sitting. When my mother got her mashed potatoes they were cold. The rest of the food was decent, but we were extremely hungry from a long day. They did take off half our bill, but they clearly didn’t have it together. I would skip it if I were you. There are too many options around to waste any money here.

Worst experience ever at IHOP. Omelette had uncooked pancake batter and 2nd Omelette had blue plastic in it. Will never eat here again. Check your food.

Looks like I’m the only one that appreciates consistency.
After reading some of the other complaints on Unilocal about the other pancake houses, I went with what I knew would be good and always is, IHOP.
Immediately seated, immediately given a carafe of coffee for the two of us. Order taken and delivered quick. Food consistent and good as usual.
Only thing different about this IHOP is the cheesy gift shop, but you’re fooling yourself if you think that any other pancake house in this area does NOT have one.
Don’t want to chance lines, or «off days»? Go here for a good reasonably priced breakfast.

If you’re in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge then you have a ton of chocies for breakfast or lunch. Although I like IHOP a lot, this one is very average. The customer service is good and so is the food, but still, there are dozens of pancake houses in the area and all are very good, so why not experiment. Still though, good food and no gamble with quality here.
