There was a funky smell at the counter. Otherwise, this was an okay location. My roast beef sandwich had plenty of lean meat, and the waffle fries tasted great. The service at the counter was fast, but not friendly, and the dining room was spacious, and clean.

As far as fast food goes, Arby’s is up there in the tastiness of the food you get. Generally I prefer Arby’s to McD’s, and all those. A) mozzarella sticks. B) Better options of sandwiches (don’t bother with burgers and the burgers at all those other places are just lame excuses for hamburgers…) C) Ham melts.
They’ve got good fries, I am always up for mozzarella sticks (they aren’t anything special, really, but fried cheese is always a win)… I prefer the ham melt over the roast beef and all that, but those are fine too. They also tend to have good specialty sandwiches.
This location is perfectly fine. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Fine service, fine cleanliness, all that. The drive-thru can be a little slow sometimes, but not bad (if you want REALLY slow drive-thru, might I suggest Taco Bell down the street…).
All in all, it’s Arby’s. If you’ve been to one, you know what to expect.

I like the Gyros. They have more meat on these than any other sandwich they offer. The spices, Tzatziki sauce, and the pita bread are pretty solid. The only bad thing is the lettuce, tomato, and onion are all pretty marginal. Not a bad fast food option late at night.

Have you seen the ads for the new Smokehouse Brisket sandwich? It shows a pile of brisket with onion rings on top. I don’t like Arby’s regular roast beef — looks like processed gray stuff. But I thought the brisket would be better. So I drive thru & boy was I disappointed. For over $ 5 there were just a few slices of beef & a TEASPOONFUL of what looked like canned Durkee Onion Rings — just a few crumbles. I emailed the company & their response was they’d look into it. No «we’re sorry — here’s a coupon to come back again.» Won’t be back. There’s too much GOOD bbq in Kansas City.

Stay away from this Arby’s. They consistently get your order wrong, the quality is poor, they leave items out of your bag, and the interior smells of stale old grease to the point you want to change your clothing when you leave. I’ve called their comments line and it hasn’t helped.
Please note, I gave this review one star only because I had to select something to post this review. They should get a — 1 star.
