Last time for ordering delivery, and it’s not much better for pick-​up either. Barely sauced– ingredients are a full 2″ inside crust edge and that’s generous. Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake across the street is where I’m taking my business. And if I’m in a bind for the teenage boys– even Little Siezures beats this place!

Worst Pizza Hut ever! I ordered pizza from this location about a week and a half ago. I ordered it at 8:20 pm, they said it would take about 30 minutes. Completely understandable! After waiting for about 45 minutes, I called to check on it, they said they just sent it out the door. I get it, sometimes you’re busier than anticipated. Over an hour later the driver finally delivers my pizza and wings. On top of it taking twice as long as anticipated to get my pizza, it was cold… I’m not exaggerating on this! IT TOOK THEM OVER AN HOUR TO DELIVER ME COLD FOOD!!! I’ve had problems in the past with this location delivering pizza that wasn’t hot and toppings sliding off the pizza. I’m done! Save your time and money, just don’t order from here!!!

I live two blocks away from this location. It’s a weds. Day night and should not be busy. Ordered my pizza online at 9:15with a delivery confirmation before 10:00.I had to call the local number for status. It is now 10:15 and still waiting. Apparently my pizza is being delivered from Italy because I am still waiting. No tip.

Was told my order would be delivered in 80 minutes. It’s now been 110 minutes and still no pizza dude… OK PIZZA JUST showed up (30 minutes late), and the guy had the nerve to give me cold, dry pizza, cheesesticks, AND missing one of my drinks… don’t waste you’re time with this location

Pizza Hut has become a joke.
$ 24 and we got a crap medium cheese pizza and a pretty bland large Supreme thin crust. I’d pay half that.
You are much better off going to Papa Murphys — for about the same price you can get a more creative pizza that has better ingredients (and more ingredients per crust ratio)
Also — I’d rather eat frozen pizza by Palermos than eat Pizza Hut. Granted, I only buy Palermos when it’s on sale for $ 5 a pizza, but it does taste better than Pizza Hut.
The ONLY thing worth ordering at a PH are the Wing Street wings, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just 1.

At the risk of jinxing myself and having it revert to the previous experiences, the breadsticks and the service have been better as of late. The last 2 times I went the breadsticks were RAISED, hot, not burnt and not tough. :) The server was different than the bad experience I had there, and she does a great job! I’ll catch her name next time I go in… she is a hard worker!
The lights are all working… although it kinda looks like it belongs in a more ummm urban setting with non matching tables. Nonetheless, it’s still the closest one to me, so I’ll stick with it (for now). If someone else were to make breadsticks as good as these though… ;) I’d love to try them!
