Absolutely rediculous! Walked in there were 5 people just staring at me not one said a word the entire time, laughing at me was okay though. I got talked about and laughed at by two teenagers. I was in there a total of 5 minutes and not a word was said to me. No «have a good day», «hi how are you» nothing. The sandwhiches are amazing but the staff sucks.

New to the area. This location is great. Super fast, super friendly! Veggie on wheat is the bessssssttttttt!!! Yum. It’s right by my work so I frequent it. Just good sandwiches and I get what I expect. Fresh food and fast!

I generally love Jimmy Johns. However, they just talked themselves out of business. They really need to do something about their ridiculous delivery guidelines. I live 1.4 miles away from this location and they wouldn’t deliver. Mr. Goodcents is 2.5 miles away and had no problem delivering. Sarpinos makes subs as well, they are 2.8 miles away and have no problem delivering. Service goes along way these days and if you are going to compete in the delivery business, they really need to step up their game.

I’m a fan of Jimmy Johns and was happy this new location came to Shawnee. I think the staff probably needs a little more practice working together, so it’s nice and smooth, but I have no complaints from my first visit.
