McDonald’s

I just don’t understand this place. The employees are rude. The food majority of the time is old and cold. I’m always and I mean always waiting for my orders thinking it’ll be fresh and it’s not. I’ve been here at different times during day and night and I get the same shitty service! Never again! I can’t believe that management or the owners are not reading or hearing complaints.

A regular McDonalds… seems like it would be busier since its right off I-​40. First impression was that it was decent, the young guy at the register taking our order kept nodding his head as we were ordering kind of like he was secretly listening to music with imaginary headphones, maybe we were taking too long. we had to request our drink cups and found that they were out of ketchup and the trash was over flowing, with it being after 5 pm those should’ve been taken care of especially since its not busy at all. I went to get some packets of ketchup and the same kid pulled the box away from me. I told him the dispenser is out and he said naw your playin with me… okay this kid wants to play, which is fine today. but if I was in a hurry this would be really annoying. Grow up kid, this is a big person’s world!.. oh! The food was hot so that was a plus!

Just spent 30 minutes waiting on 3 orders of fries. They told us to pull up but weren’t clear where they wanted us. After waiting 20 minutes we had to call and tell them we were still waiting, at which point they came out and gave our food to another car. My daughter had to go in the store and wait for another 7 – 8 minutes while they argued about what happened to our order before finally getting the 3 orders of fries that should have taken 5 minutes tops.

Stopped here at a McDonalds for the first time in years — now I remember why I don’t go here. Second drive through was ignored — sat there while 3 cars passed through the other lane. When I went inside to order instead I mentioned this to the person on duty and they did nothing and ignored me. They didn’t even pretend to care.
Be back in another 5 years.

On a Friday night at 7pm, they were not crowded. My order had only two items, a snack wrap and side salad. This took over 20 minutes. The DR was not clean. Too bad, because this is a nice building. At least the wifi worked.
