Whataburger

Why is it that this whataburger always has cold burgers and fries, and why do people have to wait so long in line, also why do they continue to leave something off the order, i.e. fries, drink…
I’ve been in shawnee about a year, and on every occasion I’ve received a cold burger something is always missing no fries once, no ketchup, no napkins, no drink, every single time. It seems to be a issue with thus whataburger only.

Just like in Texas, the quality of Whataburger, was the same, really freakin good. Yeah the drive thru can get packed up and I think this is true pretty much at any Whataburger for late night, lunch, and sometimes even breakfast. I would rather my food be made when I order, rather than getting food that has been sitting there. It can get a little pricey depending on your order, but well worth it. I would rather wait 40 mins, than eat Burger King. So don’t expect things to made super fast, it may take a little time, but thats quality not quantity.

We like this place, the staff is on top of things and quick to accommodate anything that you need. We like that they open 24 hours and that the meat is farm and grass raised. The jalapeño cheeseburger with onion rings are great.

I’ve been in your drive through line for 40 mins. The only reason I’m still here is because your parking lot is laid out in a way that I’m trapped here. I’ve set here and counted 25 cars gone through the Burger King line next door.

Bought a #1 burger was cold fry container was half empty and employee super rude telling me thats how many I get. Overpriced and rude service. Stay away.

Good stuff! Not the fastest, but it was cooked fresh. All was hot and delicious. Employee’s are friendly and courteous. I know this isn’t a funny review, but I can’t think of a single bad thing. Go here! It’s a great location.

This having been my first experience with the franchise altogether, I wasn’t sure what to expect. My oldest brother once compared Whataburger to our Jr. High’s mediocre slop, so I must admit my expectations were low. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed how well maintained it is and how clean the floors are, good start. Next, the gal at the register was helpful in describing product preparation and menu options. After placing my order I retreated to the restroom to scrub my mitts.
I don’t suppose I should’ve been surprised, but the cleanliness of the front room carried right into the restroom. Clean facilities and paper towels for drying; a germ freak’s dream come true.
While the burger wasn’t my favorite, it was hot and tasted fresh, which when combined with the rest of the experience, definitely blows the local Sonic locations out of the water. French fries were good, and might be a contender against McDonald’s, the fast food french fry gold standard.
I’d also like to note that the food was delivered to my table with a tray of condiments, enabling me to begin dinning without any additional trips for ketchup or salt. The same employee whom delivered the food also made a lap around the room offering to refill drinks and empty trays. Nice touch! Management has done a great job of keeping a clean service area and keeping staff engaged to the customers.
