Called and ordered for delivery. They processed the order, gave a 45 – 60 minute wait time, and then called up after 20 minutes to tell us that there was no delivery guy, and so the order would have to be cancelled. The money wasn’t refunded until we called up twice, and then they redirected us to EatStreet. I only wanted to order from here because it was one of the two places that was delivering at that time of day, and why accept the order when you don’t have your delivery guy?! Never got around to getting pizza from here, and thanks to this awful experience, we probably never will.

Called and ordered for delivery, they took my order and told me 45 minutes. Then called 20 minutes later and said they were actually closed and would not be delivering my order Why would you take my order in the first place then? When I’ve had the pizza it’s decent but this was pretty horrible as far as service goes.

I used to be a big fan of passport, however the last few times we have had their pizza I was disappointed. The most recent order we placed took over an hour to get to our house and the driver had to call me to ask for directions? Don’t we all have smart phones and GPS now a days? Obviously the pizza was no longer hot when we received it. The grease had soaked into the cheese at that point giving it an orange color at lukewarm temperature. Unappetizing. We’ll be spending our money elsewhere.

My pizza delivery looks like it was threw against a wall when I called to complain they were very rude and said they would lot give a refund. Very unprofessional!

This is my new favorite pizza place! It is like Jets, Green Lantern and Hungry Howie’s had a baby! You can order the old school pepperoni, flavored crust and lots of different pie options. The gluten free pizza is excellent as well! I have never had an issue with ordering. I only have had take out from the 24 and Romeo Plank location and would definitely recommend it. Enjoy!

Passport is our go to pizza place. We order pizza from here at least once a week. I LOVE the old fashioned pepperoni they are my favorite. I will admit we have had really bad experiences so far with the specialty pizza’s that they offer. Granted we have only tried a few (The California Pizza being the worst) — but its been a enough to just stick to creating our own. Those pizzas have always been delish! Love the regular crust and we love the deep dish. The breadsticks are tasty too — and the ranch is amazing. I am ridiculously picky about ranch dressing and Passport happens to be one of my faves. We haven’t had any issues with ordering or with the actual location itself. We haven’t run into any long wait times either. We have tried many different places in the area but so far Passport has been the best for us.

We got their deep dish and breadsticks. Neither were very good, especially considering the price. There wasn’t anything wrong with them in particular but you can definitely get better pizza for a better price from somewhere else.

Bread sticks are better then the pizza itself. I ordered a delivery. Took about 45 minutes they said 40. Half the pizza was cold and the other was warm as if it was sort of hanging out the bag. The delivery driver said they weren’t busy either hmmm what’s the wait then? The garlic sticks are really good though. That’s about the only plus here.

Just brought home pizza and ribs. Three teenage boys that were expecting Jets all said it was better than Jets. Kudos to Passport on that. I had the rib dinner. They were below average and I would not get them again. Also, the dinner was accompanied by a very tiny portion of potato wedges, a big garlic bread and missing the side of slaw.
Stick with the pizza here.

passport is one of our new go to spots for quick pizza. The deep dish is awesome. The crust is crispy but not greasy like at jets. The sauce has a sweet and tangy taste to it. Always ask for extra Sauce. It is that good.
Breadsticks are a great appetizer as well. They also have fresh ranch dressing which is a huge bonus. Most other locations have the nasty slimy store bought stuff
We’re glad to see this location open within walking distance from our house. We will definitely be going back often.
