W Optical will not repair my obviously defective lenses, they started are cracking in three places a couple months after I paid $ 400 for them. So my advice is to stay away!

This place is awesome for a quality eye exam and good eyeware for someone on a tight budget. Even if you decide to get some extras like: night glare, transitional lenses, and tent it is much less expensive here than anywhere else I’ve been. The customer service is great and tge employees are truly genuine. Natalie helped me in Shelby Twp and she is terrific!

Great service from a fine young man named Jessie. He assisted me in finding just the right frames, gave me no high pressure to upgrade etc. and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable cost.
I highly recommend giving these folks a try.

I just want to say that Allen and Natalie know how to make a customer want to come back. Both were friendly and greeted me and my daughter with smiles. The selection of frames was good and we had no trouble picking out several frames. The hard part was deciding which ones out of all the ones we liked! This is a good problem. Both answered any questions we had with patience and a willingness to give us the best possible service. We placed our order and within four days we got a call, my glasses were in already! This a major feat as I do have a very strange script. My daughters were in the following day. We love it here and will continue to shop our frames at this location. This is the place to go if you want good service and a good choice in frames. Thank you Allen and Natalie.

Zero stars, would not recommend going here to anyone. The worst service I have ever had, the manger Allen threatened to call the police after my third attempt to get the refund I was due. He call me a liar and told me to get out of his store because I emailed corporate office to complain about the treatment I received the previous times. Corporate really didn’t address the horrible customer service either.

What a nice & pleasant surprise!
Came in here 2 weeks ago, as the bride needed a new pair of glasses.
Allen, greeted us promptly

welcomed us and set us up with two gals to help us choose frames & a second pair on a bogo
The selection on the 2 /​$ 69 was good
However the selection on the 2/​$ 79 was even better.
She selected two unique frames that she would not normally choose.
Both pairs just came in, she was fitted and although no one before has every commented on her frames, 3 people so far, have remarked «Nice glasses»
Truly the purple & black tortoise frames are stunning.

I buy my 8 year old glasses here for the last couple years, the manager Allen, is very helpful. He had to send her glasses back a couple times because of issues beyond there control and they were very happy to help and fix the issue. Always felt welcome there and will continue to keep coming back. The whole staff is super friendly. Nice big selection of stylish kids frames. Very good prices with or without insurance.
