Burger King

Wow! Cold food more often than not and I do give multiple chances for improvement. Please try BK to put some effort in for your patrons. And yes be a little flexible at 10:30am for breakfast. It’s painful when the switch goes off at 10:31

Been here on and off for quite some time. Use to feel sorry for the sole employee working breakfast. Now I come and what I guess is the manager. He is the only one working during construction. 10:30 I’m waiting in the building the guy gets around me to and says no breakfast after 10:30. Not waiting in line I was the line. You kidding me… You saw me standing here. Go the extra mile if you want people to come back. Overall the taste has gotten more and more stale but was willing to give it another shot until today.

It’s two days before we embark on our Master Cleanse diet and for some reason I’m been drudging up youthful memories of the savory taste of wood fired (or charcoal, who cares) BK whoppers and fries. Afraid that it might be not as good as I remembered I take the risk and we swing by. The store is immaculately clean, the bold colorful pictures displaying the food items, the docile behind-​the-​counter lady, they make it right then and there — double whopper $ 5.19 plus $ 1 for fries (wasn’t sure if they would be good).
Well, were they as good as I recalled? Yes, much to my amazement — even better I thought. I could taste the unique smokiness which is for me a big draw, as I slowly chewed, savoring it. And the fries, you ask — how were the fries? AWESOME! Better than Duchess or McD’s.
Would I go there again? You bet — they are a short walk from the local Stop and Shop and across the street from Duchess (another review). Next time I would order the larger fries — after I’m all skinny again and eating healthy again :-)

The burger king burgers in general was not appetizing, the burgers themselves taste terrible. The burger was cold and old tasting. Don’t waste your money in getting their food, you are better off having a bowling ball shoved up your ass sideways.

If you don’t mind rat feces on a croissant sandwiches in the morning due to rats climbing in the crates nibbling on the bread and leaving droppings. Management is aware of the situation. She is more concerned about food coast.(remove the dropping and sell the rest).Ask for a tour in the morning you’ll see ! You do have that right not to get sick. This particular store has a green on inspection which is very good! However if your a manager over 30 years plus, you know how to make a place look really good on the day of inspection. You don’t treat your employees equally the same, how do you expect them to have good customer service. Nice looking store but cleanliness is what you want. Burger king early Hamden my not have the greatest customer service but as far as cleanliness is 1# .They actually welcome tours for the customers to see. I know. Worked at a few of them.

Garbage. This place is on a rapid decline. The last three times I’ve been here were terrible. You are out of burgers!!! REALLY. You’re the freaking Burger King. Pissed, I ordered a chicken sandwich thinking it will be the best sandwich ever since they have no burgers. WRONG! It was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had. Cold, stale, rotten. They could have pulled this out from behind the fryer. Save your money and just eat from the damn dumpster.

This is awful, every couple of weeks I’ll bring my 2 kids here after school for some food and play time area. First of all the service is horrible, the slowest service ever, not only slow but rude and uncaring, orders are constantly wrong, always out of product, and overall a bad experience that I don’t want my kids to be a part of. Too bad Birger King doesn’t read Unilocal

Not a big fan. Doesn’t fell as clean as it looks. I only come when it is rainy out and this is the only place to go close to let kids run out energy. This place could use an up grade

I ordered 3 things. Of course they forgot my fries. And while we’re at it, their menu at the drive up window has writing so small you have to get out of your ca and walk up to it to read it. How dumb is that and how hard is it to remember the fries? And of course Burger King Corporate only accepts phone complaints. So they have to punish you twice making you get on the phone for half an hour over something like fries.

This is not an assault on Burger King the chain, but rather this specific location. A location that was once respectable up until the 90s, service is now slow, food is overcooked and poorly put together. After not feeling well after eating here a couple times in a row, I have steered clear of this location.
Looking forward to a huge banner that reads «Under New Management — Please Come Back!»

In general, I like Burger King. Decent food at a good price, which is a good deal less greasy or sugary than McDonald’s. But this particular restaurant has been on a downward spiral for a long time. Once upon a time, the restaurant was clean, efficient, and friendly. But multiple changes in management have gradually eroded all three. Nowadays, the restaurant is grungy, the staff is largely uncaring, and the service is slow. If you want any speed at all, be sure to go through the drive-​thru, as the inside line rarely moves at all if there is not a single car waiting outside.
Overall, give this one a pass. There are better fast food places nearby, and better Burger Kings within a few minutes.
