Always friendly staff! Countless visits and am always pleased with the service. They offer so many more donut varieties. Not sure how many DD still bake on the premises so I won’t complain. Again, you can find a larger variety.

The food is standard Dunkin’ Donuts fare. Do not expect this location to have ANYTHING extra (and some of the «special, limited-time offers» never made it here). The staff is competent, but not excellent. The place is clean, but not recently refurbished.
In one word: no-frills. (Or is that 2 words?) The site by Plaza Diner is better, but less convenient if you’re in downtown.
