Starbucks

I would like to give 2.5 stars, but since it isn’t an option, and 3 would be too many, I’ll round down. You have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of your beverage being made correctly. A ‘shaken’ iced tea is supposed to be shaken, and an attitude shouldn’t be given when you politely ask them to do so. Some days the staff is great, other days it’s like a rude zombie film.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha. She used regular milk instead of the requested soy and she forgot to add the expresso. So I got a up of hot milk?

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a very long time and it’s always been great for what it is. Service is always quick, friendly, and gets the order right every time. Can’t remember one time when I had something screwed up here either. Can always count on this place to give me a good drink.

This is just your average Starbucks coffee taste the same. The service here is fast but not very friendly. Good for a quick cup of joe on the run.

This was a reliable Starbucks stop for me while on vacation travel in the New Haven area. I appreciated another reviewer mentioning you could park next to Starbucks in the Big Lots parking lot. That made it very easy to avoid the busy Starbucks lot and run in and out for drinks. The staff was as I usually find at Starbucks everywhere, some who can run the register but feel bothered if you ask for too much (like a question about syrup or for a tall ice water for a child)… and others who seem comfortable, happy, and highly knowledgeable about everything in the shop. All the drinks I ordered were good. The line moved well. The place was clean. I was able to get back on my way without delay or frustration. Good to have something reliable while away from home.

This Starbucks is my favorite location to go to if I am in the area. Ever since it opened a few years ago, the service has been super friendly and top notch. I always get my drinks very quickly and I am in and out within 5 minutes.
The location is located right off of Route 34. Easy on, easy off if you commute through this area. Parking in their main lot can be a little dicey, so I usually choose to park in the upper lot of The Edge gym or Big Lots so I can leave easily.

This location is hit or miss for me. Sometimes staff is stellar and super friendly & sometimes I feel like I’m bothering them to give my order. Wish they served the veggie egg & cheese sandwich at this location. Easy in and out parking lot.

I used to love coming to this Starbucks. The people were so nice and they were quick and efficient. Lately (since summer 2013), this is my least favorite Starbucks these days… And it’s because of one particular person that works there. I don’t want to call out names because I don’t want to mess with anyone’s jobs, but this one person really pisses me off. Every time I go in there and he is working, he is too busy talking to people to make coffees. And then when he is actually making coffee, he tries to make several different coffees all at the same time and then he screws up the order. He seems like a nice person, but he is old and slow. I wish I could figure out his schedule so I didn’t come during his shifts. Other than that, I like everyone else that works there and the location is really great. I do wish they had a drive thru though!

Very poor, slow service. Coffee and products are what to be expected, but the overall experience is disappointing.

One of the biggest things about this starbucks is its location. It is off route 34 near big lots, nestled between routes 8 and 15. There is plenty of parking spaces, as well as plenty of places to sit after ordering your drink.
The baristas are friendly, helpful, although not always listening. Every time I spell my name for the cup, they say «I got it» and yet it is never spelled correctly. Occasionally my drink will be incorrect, but otherwise I would recommend coming here. The ease into and out of the parking lot is also a big bonus, especially when one is in a rush.

I go to this Starbucks location very often and it’s flawless every time no matter what I order. The staff is also friendly too. Not something you see too often.

I come here almost daily, and at different times if the day, and I can’t for the life of me understand where some of these other reviews come from. Staff bickering? I’ve never seen it over the last 18 months. Unfriendly? Nope, have never experienced it? Slow? Hell no.

staff use to be so friendly. lately that is not the case. the staff seems annoyed when you place your order. the obvious tension between co-​workers is so apparent it makes it uncomfortable to be there. drinks come out ok but the experience that once use to amazing is now terrible. co-​workers bicker and leave you questioning what happened? this location use to be so friendly and fun and now it’s just awful…

Although the service was good I must say this location has to have some of the ugliest people I ever seen. I travel a lot for work and I am all over CT. I stop at different Starbucks all the time and this one takes the ugly record. Even some of the customers looked messed up… Maybe because is near the Valley???

The only good thing about this Starbucks is the coffee. The people who work there are SLOW, Slower, slowest. They are also not the friendliest or brightest. Definitely not up to the usual Starbucks staff. I go to another town to get my Starbucks. Not worth ten minutes of my day to stand in line to get a simple cup of coffee.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been in.

During a ridiculously trying time, this Starbucks was my one respite from the world. An easy entrance/​exit from a busy highway, taking 5 minutes to stop here was a welcome relief.
How so? Let me count the ways…
1) Always clean (bathrooms too!)
2) The most variety in their ‘shop’ (what? starbucks has greeting cards?!)
3) Most importantly: the FRIENDLIEST staff I have ever come across in this nationwide chain. (Now that’s saying something.)
Seriously, never a grumpy barista! Patient, helpful, a smidge cheerful without being obnoxiously peppy… Now if I can only find all that in a man…
Favorite Starbucks of all the land.

This location is newly opened, just a few months. It is a nice break from all of the dunkin donuts we are surrounded by. Pop in and support their growth so we don’t lose them!!! The baristas have been super friendly and helpful!
