Out of this world, melt in your mouth cakes. Perfect to take to a party, or for having a party, or just to celebrate the weekend.

We were driving through downtown Shelton, when we came across Lighthouse Rum Cakes on Unilocal.We were looking for something different to bring to a dinner party, and this seemed like a good idea. After a friendly greeting, we sampled some delicious cakes and ended up buying a large coconut cake. The flavors brought us back to the Bahamas. They would also make for great gifts. We’ll be back.
