Eddie’s Chicken Fingers

Very, very good chicken fingers! Goes perfect with their special suace! Prices very reasonable… staff was very friendly. Fast service. I will go back. My only problem is I have to go back to Phoenix, where they are not… sorry no pics… we ate everything and didn’t think about pics.

Hot new food truck in Shelton has arrived!
This food truck is DEFINITLY worth visiting. Out of all the places I’ve eaten at in Shelton on my lunch break, this joint is the tastiest.
I had their 4 piece chicken fingers, which turned out to be way too much for me to finish (not complaining tho!). The chicken is deliciously battered and fried to perfection. It came with a yummy piece of toast and a generous amount of fries. I upgraded to the Cajun fries. They were really good, but a bit heavy on the salt. Next time I go, I’ll ask for lightly seasoned Cajun fries :)
Overall, the workers were really friendly and the vibe of the truck is modern/​hip. I 100% recommend Eddie’s Chicken Fingers.

Eddie’s is doing the Lord’s work when it comes to comfort food. It’s the little details that make or break an establishment, and they’re all about the little details.
The chicken fingers are subtly seasoned and made with real chicken breast tenders. They taste homemade, if you lived with someone who REALLY knew how to throw down on some chicken fingers!
The grilled cheese sandwiches are cooked with olive oil, Italian bread, and cheddar cheese. The olive oil is a nice touch that makes the sandwich uniquely tasty.
The fries are legitimate steak fries, the same ones everyone loves from Red Robin. They’re always perfectly fried. They fry in peanut oil, which imparts a better flavor than vegetable/​canola oil.
These are good, friendly people. Always personable. The kind of business you feel good about frequenting when craving this kind of food!
They have a regular customer with me!

This is seriously the best chicken I have ever had. It is fresh, and they have great portions! The best sauce I have had at any place. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fry sauce… awesome as advertised. Chicken was very flavorable. Beignets are delicious and wraps are great too. Very excited to be back.

Listen up people, even if your not a food truck kinda person, you need to try this one. Hand breaded chicken strips, hot crispy golden steak fries with the most amazing fry sauce. Trust me it’s not your every day fry sauce it will blow your socks off! The grilled cheese is gooey yummy goodness. The staff is friendly and service was quick. We will definitely be hitting this often.
