Target

Geneva in the customer support department is a sweetheart. She informed me of many return policies I wasn’t privy to that were recently enforced and I appreciate her for that.

First of all, I mean… Target. Every woman’s Mecca. It’s mine, at least. This one is one of the best! The employees are always friendly and more than once, I’ve thought to myself, «they seem to really love working here.» They just always have smiles on their faces! This location is always clean and always has what I need. And they almost always have plenty of cash register lines open! I have rarely had to wait more than 5 min in line, max. Hallelujah. Target… you’re one of my faves and that doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon.

One of my Favorite Super Targets I frequent. The grocery area is great! If you are looking for organic produce, they have it here.
You could literally stay here for awhile if you wanted to. Great clearance areas… And the staff is always nice. Love the fact that it’s close to other stores too, yet not too crowded.

They seem friendly. Want to do a good job yet when I picked up my cake an hour before the party it wasn’t envies to the order a disaster. The bakery is the worst.

Generally think all Target’s are the same, which isn’t bad, but had an amazing experience here recently. I wanted some lawn chairs that were too big to fit in a shopping cart. I found a couple guys working in a nearby aisle and asked for help. The picked up the chairs and carried them to the front for me — so friendly and helpful. The told the cashier up front to call someone to help me get them to my car.
When going out to the car, another guy carried them for me, and rearranged things in back of my SUV to make sure they wouldn’t slide around or damage the car.
Everyone was really amazing!

This target has the best pharmacy in town. The staff is wonderful. The rest of the store is great too. Clean, well organized, and easy to shop. Major kudos to this particular pharmacy!

Target may be the one of the better big-​box retailers, but this isn’t a very good Target.
Just a summary of today’s experience:
Called on the phone to inquire about an item. The phone rang a looong time, i was transferred in typical 2015 phone customer service fashion, to a line that no one seemed to be manning. By the time I got a live person, I was already pulling in to the parking lot.
Once inside, the large number of employees seemed to be a) avoiding eye contact with the customers, so as to not have to answer any questions, or b) obnoxiously asking people if they need help who clearly do not. Seriously, a young man asked me if I needed help while I was talking on my phone. Really? How about a happy medium or some baseline training as to what a customer in need of assistance looks like.
The pharmacy did not have the prescription they text messaged me was ready. Even worse, the manager chose to reprimand the pharmacist on duty while he was trying to help me. Awkward for everyone, and unprofessional of her. (Don’t get me started on how inept this pharmacy was during their transfer to the «new system.» Not the employee’s fault, but truly a nightmare of confusion and uncertainty.)
Once at the registers, only one was open. (Very typical of this location: a horde of employees wandering the store or behind the scenes, but no one at the posts most needed.) You could hear the grumblings of the people in line. The last time I was at this store, a pow-​wow of managers was taking place just 50 feet from the registers. (One of them was texting on his phone.) The line grew to more than ten before they stepped in and opened a couple more registers to handle the rush.
As usual, today’s rush was handled by a slew of employees appearing out of nowhere to open 3 registers and move the crowd of frustrated customers. (Where do these people come from? They obviously are not manning the phone lines.)
Also worthy of note is that the Edgewater Police blotter mentions this location almost weekly as the spot of a crime or criminal apprehension that often raises eyebrows. Target, McDonalds, and the Southwest corner of Sloan’s Lake is the epicenter of crime for Edgewater. Caveat Emptor, indeed.
So will I continue to shop at Target? Yes; they are an American-​based alternative to Wal-​mart and they have a great pharmacy rewards program.
I will, however, try to avoid this location, and it isn’t surprising to learn Target is laying off 1700 people this week.

Target is cool when you need cheap stuff because eventually it will break but takes less time than buying the crap at a pawn shop. The employees are often on probation or other prison bus types. They must not have hiring standards. Other than that Target is cool!

Nice and clean store. I don’t shop Target much and I won’t ever again at this location. Pushy Boots No 7 rep (shut up and let me shop) and the check out clerk wouldn’t give up selling me the Target debit card. No means no, so stop. Ugh

As far as big box stores go, Target is one I am okay with. It scratches my clothing itch.
This is a SUPER TARGET and it is huge!!! I have only explored maybe half of it.
Luckily the inventory was somewhat picked over today, so I only bought what I came for and managed to avoid the temptation to buy the usual irresistible cute things that catch my eye. :)
Parking is easy, and I have never seen it super crowded here, even during the holidays.

It is fine– clean, HUGE– helpful– one of the better ones. It is never too crowded here. Great Target!

Not as busy as other Super Targets — thank goodness! The pharmacy hours aren’t as long as a result, though. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

There’s a cashier at this store who currently has pink hair (which is fine, just need to state so you know which one it was), and he made a statement that I was buying «cocaine covered cereal.” — frosted mini wheats. Then when he checked out my 2 cucumbers, he made a joke about how my boyfriend and I are going to go home and «use them on each other» and how gross that is.
So yeah. Probably won’t be coming back.

Not sure why, but it’s always really hard for me to find anything in this Target. I end up walking all over the place just to get a few things.
The Starbucks inside is also not very well run. The service is below par and the drinks are usually thrown together.

I like to come to this Target after hitting up Costco. Easy to pick up a few non-​jumbo sized items! Ran in here on Sunday and the place was not crowded at all — love that. Lots of hassle free parking and there were many samples (including chocolate) being given away. Will definitely come to this location throughout the holidays in order to keep my blood pressure down!

This is the Target I usually go to since I’ve moved. For the most part it’s like any other Super Target except for one big difference-it’s never that busy. I can usually park close to the store and get in and out pretty quickly. I’m definitely a fan!

This huge Target store is very conveniently located one block away from the huge Costco store, so it’s very easy to take care of a lot of shopping all in one trip. A huge amount, actually. Anyway, my only complaint about this store is that some of the associates are very rude to customers. Well, just one associate. A young blond man who told a woman off for wanting to take her daughter to the bathroom while he was cleaning it. He wouldn’t make any exceptions for the fact that she was just a kid, he just acted rudely to the mom and I think they went home without buying anything.

Still a nice store, but the pet clothing/​accessories are gone. :-(

I had no idea this Super Target was here, as it’s hidden back behind the giant Costco. I’m very glad to have found it!
Overall, it’s just like the Super Target over on Colorado (and probably every other Super Target in the country), except the one on Colorado sells wine and this one doesn’t seem to. They have some beer, though.
The biggest benefit to this ST is the crowds… or lack thereof. The Colorado location is jam packed nearly every day of the week, but this one wasn’t filled to capacity. It was easy to park, easy to shop, and quick to checkout.

This is my favorite Super Target of the few the I frequent in Denver! It has been open for about 3 years but it looks like they opened their doors yesterday! This is the cleanest and quietest Target I have ever seen! I am sure I am not the only one who will keep my sunglasses on in a crowded Target just so people will leave me alone and not judge me for glaring at their children wrestling in the aisle on Saturday morning around 9:30 am. I am not a B just put you kids in the cart! Why don’t super stores have short term day cares anymore so everyone is happy? Sorry for ranting…
They have great selection, fresh produce, and I can usually find better deals than I do at the Glendale Target (my other go to). The other thing I LOVE about this Target is their employees — they don’t ask everyone they see if they can help you but when you do need help they are easy to find and more than happy to help.
