I just went here on Monday and I asked for a Americano with five Splendas half and half and vanilla powder; a line with four people took about ten minutes(from line to delivery); some red head barista opened a register and she said I could get the vanilla powder myself; I joked that it was too spoiled of me to ask; she asked me if I wanted my receipt(I said no, big mistake) I watched the girl prep my Americano, and she was putting five raw sugars for me and she put no half and half. I got in the car and the coffee tasted awful(never happened before) and it looked water down. Anyway, I was late to work and I chucked the $ 3 dollar and change coffee(not worth more time to even get a refund) I’m not a coffee addict, but I appreciate one every once in a while. I’m done with this place… all because of a passive aggressive girl at Starbucks. *update: I checked my account this weekend and noticed this girl charged me $ 6.50 for my coffee. She was smart. She asked me if I wanted my receipt, and, like always, I said no. The vibe I got from her was hostile and since my coffee had been prepared incorrectly I remembered to check it this weekend. I called the store today, Saturday, to complain and the shift supervisor didn’t even apologize. She asked me why I waited so long to ask for a refund. I told her I wasn’t really concerned about the money as I was the experience. She said if I come in now she’ll make sure I get served«coffee the right way.» She asked me again why I had waited so long to complain. I could tell by her phone demeanor that I was wasting my time so I just called corporate to complain.

Very happy with this location :) PROS: — Great service… The man behind the counter, Bryan, was super friendly and kind. — Open till midnight which is a great perk for those who study/work late at night. — There are a lot of food/snack options to chose from. Most Starbucks have drinks, some pastries and a few wraps/sandwiches… This place has a whole lot more to offer. — They serve Bantam bagels! I was very excited when I saw this ‘shark tank’ show item available. CONS: — The store itself is pretty small, and there are not to many tables to sit/work at. Maybe a total of 5 tables and 2 high top bars that have 5chairs each. On the plus side there are ample plugs to charge your electronic devices near each work station. — Parking could get difficult at times, there is about 10 other stores in this plaza and it’s a pretty small parking lot.

My coffee was made great but I was a little disappointed with the customer service. I think they should work a little harder and more diligent to make sure that the orders come out in a timely manner. Overall, I will visit this location again & all the Gold décor is to die for… especially the gold and white porcelain coffee cup.

The corporation of Starbucks has yet to fix the years-long chronic problem of their Rewards accounting. An unfixable software glitch? Or a scam? My Starbucks app will say I have earned a reward that has not expired yet, but when I attempt to redeem it at a store the«computer» says I have already used it. That is false. This has been an ongoing problem, likely at the corporate level. Fellow coffee patrons have experienced the same problem over and over, reporting the issue to corporate. Does corporate even care enough to rectify? Are they trying to covertly boost profits by not honoring earned rewards, making it a hassle to challenge? Corporate Starbucks is insulting and shaming consumers and local sales associates. Of note, customer service at my local Starbucks is exemplary, very professional, top notch. I love going there. Please fix the erroneous accounting problem corporate executives. You are relentless at trying to drive me and others away, testing our loyalty.

Who really rates the Starbucks because, well, they’re all the same right? It is basically your average Starbucks, but the staff is just super friendly and helpful. I live right around the corner so I go in a lot. The other day I went in to buy some coffee. They said they had to brew some, which happens often at other Starbucks so I thought«No big deal.» Except the gave it to me for free and gave me a $ 5 gift card for my «inconvenience.» That’s some class.

It’s a regular old Starbucks, perfectly serviceable, but the seating out front is what makes it a special one. It’s like the social center of that little strip on Ventura so a good place to sit and do quality people watching. Side note, if you haven’t used the app to order, start today! I hate waiting in lines so I just don’t anymore. Order on your way in, beat the lines and go straight to the pickup area. I like it a lat(te).

Is it me or has starbucks deteriorated to the ‘80s donut shop’ levels or ‘local flight airplane food’ level. The pastries come out of a plastic bag and are dropped into a ‘starbucks branded’ pastry bag as if it magically makes a difference. The coffee which used to be consistently mediocre has just plumetted below even ‘third world country’ standards. i am so dissapointed at my experience here. ‘an old fashion donut’ tasted as if it was soaked in its own sweat inside its protective ‘plastic packaging’… Aweful!

My Carmel macchiato was sooooooo good today, the barista was sooooooo helpful and friendly, i loved my experience here this morning! The staff is very well trained, smiling, professional and good mannered despite the fact that this place is always packed and busy. but they got the speed. they got the accuracy. and now they got me! Gonna be back again and agin.

Had a wonderful experience. Darwin was a great cashier and was super friendly. Nailed my order. And the baristas here also were the first ones to do my caramel brulee latte correctly with the whip and caramel bits. I literally have had 5 other places forget my whip and caramel bits, most likely due to being hurried or lack of training. But these guys made it to perfection despite a busy day. Great job all! I will be coming back here instead of the one closer to me at the Sherman Oaks Galleria which is literally right next to where I live. Keep up the good work!

The only coffee drink I really like here is the flat white. It’s a coffee wit steamed coconut and almond milk. It’s a great place to work or have a meeting and I like how the staff pretty much leave you alone.

Good quick service with courtesy & smile. The parking is no hassle but it can get packed at times. Seating situation is bad because people likes to stay there all day. The coolest part about this Starbucks is their complimentary wireless charging pad. Good for any phone/portable device model. Food is fresh and well made. I had the pumpkin spice Frappucino and I didn’t like it. I’d still come back again for other stuff though!

I absolutely love this Starbucks. The coffee is really great. The baristas are so sweet and friendly. One of my favorite things about this place is that they don’t take shit from anyone. If there is a rowdy and annoying group, they will tell them to shut up(politely). Also, they don’t get annoyed or confused when I order a Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato with no caramel drizzle, soy milk, an extra shot of espresso, upside and with light ice. (You’re probably thinking… wtf is wrong with this girl?) A couple of annoying things though: 1. The parking can absolutely sucks. I scratched the shit out of my moms car. 2. They don’t have a lot of tables for studying.

Had a great experience at this Starbucks due to one simple reason: the barista, Rudy. He provided exceptional customer service.

This is a pretty small locale with a handful of tables outside and inside. There is a lot of foot traffic, as it’s located on busy Ventura Blvd. The staff is friendly and efficient. parking — free lot beside the store. But beware that it is 1 hour of free parking only. There is an attendant who mans the parking area and checks this regularly.

Before leaving LA Sunday morning I had to get some coffee for the drive home. This Starbucks location is pretty small inside, and it’s definitely a place I wouldn’t want to drink my coffee, have a conversation, or anything. The area where you wait for your drink was so crammed and packed with people standing around, and not to mention there isn’t enough seats inside. The parking lot as well is small, and just the layout of it is weird. They do have a table or two out front to sit in the shade if you like, but for me this location is more of a to go place. It’s not really an ideal Starbucks if you want to study or read. The service was good, even though they messed up one of my orders after repeating it two or three times.

This Starbucks has a very friendly staff and they always make the drinks the way you like! The parking lots a little weird but it’s on the south side of ventura blvd. There’s ample searing inside and outside so you can bring your laptop or yada yada. One time I caught a lady shoplifting one of those little protein pack food boxes so I told the manager. Not sure if they ever got her but I’ll add a photo because stealing a $ 4.95 food box is ridiculous and lame. Anyways, it’s like every other Starbucks but this is the closest one to the 405 on Ventura so there. They brew me right brah.

Great service… Great coffee… Bonus perk is that I’ve bumped into Magic Johnson 2x coming to this place. He is the friendliest person I’ve ever met. I heart this Starbucks!

The Starbucks is just okay. They only have four single seats that are like couches but they’re not even the high-end leather ones. They also have counterspace and tables. It’s very spacious but it seems very bare in terms of decoration and flair. I got a hot chocolate with whipped cream which was good. The store is not loud so that’s nice, but overall not one of the more impressive Starbucks.

As you can tell, over the past couple weeks, I have checked in probably a handful of times… Each and every time the staff seemed in tune & busting their behinds to be FAST, EFFICIENT&FRIENDLY! I definitely had to up my review!!! Whatever changes took place were worth applauding!!! It is definitely a JOY to come here in the mornings now!!! Thank you, Starbucks!
