Starbucks

For such a busy starbucks they get you your drink really fast. All of the baristas are friendly and the café is big and has a lot of room for seating. Also – this Starbucks has the cleanest bathrooms I have EVER seen in a Starbucks. You can tell that they work hard to make the customer experience as enjoyable as possible!

I go to this Starbucks a few times a week because I work close by. On a day to day basis I am happy with the service and quality of drinks and food. As others have mentioned, it tends to either be fairly dead or completely packed when I go in. My only real complaint is that to avoid the possibility of standing in a long line I will do a mobile order. I try to order at least 7 – 10 minutes before I know I will be walking in. Although it is usually ready when I get there, there have been several times where I have waited just as long for my mobile order as I would have if I had just waited in line. Also, it tends to be hard to get one of the employees attention to hand me my order from behind the bar. So again, the convenience aspect of mobile ordering is a little taken away. Other than that, its a good location!

I go to this Starbucks pretty often being that I work near it. Majority of the time they get my order wrong. They are also pretty rude. I usually commend Starbucks on their guest service however this location seems to fall short. I mean how can you be rude and get my order wrong. Right?!

Horrible Starbucks, playing 2 different music stations that make it IMPOSSIBLE to focus… Vary the sound volume to their own whim and are completely inconsiderate of the customers inside as they yell at each other and laugh obnoxiously loud.

The workers here are pretty obnoxious… Playing your own music behind the counter (loudly) while the store music is also playing in the background. Thanks. As if Starbucks needed to get more noisier than it usually is.
Besides that. They arent even friendly, nor do they have good customer service. Disappointing, even by Starbucks standards.

This location at the Galleria is Ok. Not The best and not the worst. The drip coffee was fairly fresh (made within the last hour or so), however the non-​fat milk at the counter had gone sour. My recommendation is to drink inside unless you enjoy watching at the constant parade of gym member fashion victims with their smelly towels and poorly fitting workout attire.

Ew. Worst Starbucks ever. Asked for a latte no foam. They gave me a cup with half the cup full of foam. I asked them to take it out and they handed me back a drink that only had a partial drink in it. Will not return. I am a regular at Starbucks and have never had such a terrible burnt latte.

Average service, but it was fast. The air conditioning was on so high I felt like I needed a sweater inside. Fortunately, they have plenty of seating outside. The seating is in the walkway of the galleria so you feel a little like you’re in the middle of a highway. Not the best place to come for a relaxing cup of coffee.

The employees here are beyond stupid!!! You have been warned. Some of the dumbasses are too lazy to give you a validation and as a result you have to either wait in line or interrupt the cashier.

This is one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to. It can be either really empty or really packed depending on the time of day, but the staff is good at getting customers in and out. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing. I came here today with a big order, and they fulfilled my expectations. Granted the sandwich I originally wanted was not available, but it’s the end of the day, so I get it. No big deal.
There is a lot of seating both indoor and outdoor. They recently installed those wireless charging tables, so that’s pretty cool and this location even has its own bathroom in the back.
It’s definitely nice to have the chance to come here for a Starbucks craving if you are already at the galleria, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you were only coming to get coffee.

What I like most about this Starbucks is the large sitting area; this location has so many tables, chairs, and bar seating. Staffs are friendly and they get the orders pretty fast. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the good vibe of this location.

Service sucks

The people at Starbucks are very nice the service is great and the food and drinks are exactly as you would expect from the chain.
The parking in the mall is atrocious. Stop in for a cup if coffee on a weeknight and get stuck in the parking garage for over an hour? Yep that’s what happened to me

Shocking service takes a long time to wait in line there is always a lack of workers and there are many people waiting for coffee and had to wait much

I come here every single day and the same people ask me for my name every single day when I order the same thing. Feels a bit cold for a Starbucks.

Always have a pretty pleasant experience st this Starbucks location. They are located in the Sherman Oaks Galleria. Lines are always pretty long but they consistent in making my iced earl grey lattes in the mornings. Staff is always professional and they do a pretty good job moving the line along.

This review is for the Starbucks in the Sherman Oaks Galleria. This place always has a line out the door. It’s a Starbucks so you can expect consistency with the coffee. But despite the long lines, the baristas are swift and efficient.

It’s a common Starbucks but it seems to be different but maybe because its in a galleria. Very limited indoor seating especially if it’s cold outside. Not much more to say since it’s a typical chain store that doesn’t really standout much from other Starbucks in the area.

I love Starbucks, this location doesn’t fall anything short of the Starbucks name.
My drinks are always exactly as ordered and food piping hot and delicious.
Only down side is the long ass lines! They could use one more person during rush hours. Over all though, staff are very friendly and efficient.

It’s a good starbucks. Don’t know why people give bad reviews. I’ve always been here and always came here for during my breaks.
Prices are average and staff is nice. It’s a good Starbucks.
