Great little drug store. The two times I’ve been here, I’ve been received with great quick attentive service. Very impressed… completely different from the service or attention you would get at a large CVS or Walgreens.

I’m really not sure why they were dead set on not helping me fill my prescription today. I live right down the street. I’m a normal, unassuming Joe. I’ve been thinking of moving over to Volume Drug because it seemed like a nice mom-&-pop outfit. There were never any lines when I’d come in to buy vitamins or some small gift for someone. So, I figured it would be quick service and maybe someone at a pharmacy would learn my name for a change. Nah. They just told me they didn’t have what I needed and didn’t bother to offer to order any. When I asked if they could, the girl just repeated herself, «we have zero». That there is service! And that there is sarcasm!

i wish i could give this place a good review but when a business, especially a pharmacy, says that the pharmacist comes in between 12 – 1, there should be no reason that at 1:15 the pharmacist is not there. Not only was he not there, but I was told that he makes up his own hours and comes whenever he wants. How does a pharmacy help their patients get the necessary medication if there is no pharmacy on staff. I will not return there because I wasted over an hour waiting for someone who never showed up.
