Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Told me a 15 minute wait time and then said it would be ready for another hour when I came to pick it up. Said they never said that and that I made it up. Extremely rude. Will never be back.

The technicians messed up my meds twice. They kept telling me that they fixed the situation and ordered it again, and it’ll be there within the next couple days. Each time I went they said no one actually put the order in. This lasted almost a week and a half and I was totally out of meds as they tried to fix the problem for a 3rd time. Was on hold for 30min to check if the meds were ready finally but they hung up on me even after someone answered and said they were transferring me to the pharmacist(cause I no longer want to deal with the horrible technicians). This has been a huge hassle. It’s like no one there is listening to you or gives a shit or tries to actually fix the situation and calling is impossible cause you have to wait forever to get someone. And when you do, you may get disconnected or hung up on anyway. They’ve also admitted to having a shitty text alert system which alerted me the 1st time that my correct meds were ready for pickup. Which is why I was so frustrated when I got there and they said no one actually fixed my problem and the text alert was wrong. This was the 2nd time I’ve had to explain my problem about getting the wrong meds and have them fix it so I was pissed and rude because I do understand that mistakes happen, but it was ridiculous having to deal with idiots making the same error more than once. I worked it out with that technician who said to come back tomorrow and the meds would be ready. Big surprise, they weren’t and no one actually ordered the correct meds AGAIN. I hate this pharmacy and don’t feel they are competent at all.

They are amazing. Thirty times better than the CVS in North Hollywood. I fill all seven of my monthly Rxs here and they are always super nice, super friendly, and the check stand women even know me by face or name. As a chronically ill person, it’s a blessing to have a 24-hour store that carries 1 of just about everything in my neighborhood. LOVETHISPLACE. SICKOTIP: Pick up your prescriptions through the drive-thru just before you go to bed and you’ll never have to wait in line. Tip: Buy all your cosmetics in the cosmetics department where the staff has all the weekly coupons in a file folder. They will actually look to see if any of the stuff you are buying has a coupon! A lot of times I save a few bucks that way. Tip: The graveyard pharmacist is super cute and sweet.

I’ve never used the pharmacy here so my review is just based on my experience inside the store. I’m always usually in and out and have never had to wait in a long line. At the most maybe 2 people in front of me. I usually go on Sundays when they put there new coupons out. I get some of my things here when I don’t have time for Target or Walmart cause they are a bit overpriced. I always use there photo department and send pics that I take on my phone to there online App and have my pictures ready in an hour. And there always prompt and my pics are always ready.

2 stars for 24 hr drive through and photo service. 1 star for Pharmacy service. While I’ve gotten other medications here without a problem, recently they would not fill my RX until exactly 30 days after my last fill(I came in for a refill 2 days early). This cuts it too close for me. I went to Maxson’s Drug on Ventura & Hazeltine and was treated well and got the medication my doctor prescribed without a lecture.

As always, the most ridiculously long line at this Walgreen’s. Unbelievably bad attention to customer service.
