The managers here are friendly and greet every customer that walls in with a smile. I don’t know her name but the female manager is always on her toes she knows everyone and multi task. Someone mentioned Jimmy John’s and in my opinion this place is better. They serve hot and cold food. U can pick how u like it and the cold cuts are cut right in front of you

Boyfriend was raving about this for a couple weeks. I finally got the chance to check it out, the guy that helped us was really friendly & genuine. He even opened the door for us before we came in. I believe the receipt said his name was tgarren. If that’s really his name I would give him the title of best customer service of the year. Sandwhiches were made fresh. They’re a little limited on there toppings but not a bad sandwhich joint. Bread is fresh. Sandwhiches are loaded with meat cut fresh to order. My boyfriend will be back unfortunately the guy that worked there is the only reason I would come back. I think there are better sandwhich joints out there as far as toppings, various types of bread, veggies, etc. It’s just not my style of sandwhich is all. but there customer service… UNBEATABLE!. oh & there cookies are also really good.

I was surprised, I’ve heard about this chain but wasn’t sure as I usually go to subway if I go to a sandwich pace. I was pleasantly surprised.
I got a giant sub for about $ 14 and split it between 3 ppl. The bread was soft which I appreciate. I was full and satisfied. Great price and a good location if you’re in Sherwood.

The hottest new sammich place in town! Great selection of meats – fresh sliced to order– nice touch. I had the numba 9… roast beef, turkey, swiss, and BACON. I added pickles and pepperoncinis because YUM.
I loved that they sprinkled with herbs and oil and vinegar, very East Coast.
I would feel bad for Subway… but I don’t. They have kept the same formula for years, and I’m bored with them. And though Jimmy Johns is fast, their subs are so basic.
Jersey Mike’s is my new quick sammich lunch spot.

Went for first time. Had chicken bacon ranch wrap and wife had the Italian sandwich, we took it to go. By the time we got home about 5 min later, our food became soggy. I couldn’t hold my wrap without it making a mess, wife’s underside of bread totally soaked. Flavor was there but nothing too spectacular. I would try it again, but like I said fairly average.

Great location with some of the best staff I have ever seen in a customer service position. I always order it using the app and was surprised this morning to walk in and be greeted by such friendly people you seem to truly grateful for the business. Also, the #13 Mike’s Way is the best!

Awful customer service! They made my sandwich and then left if sitting there while all three employees (one of which being the manager) argued and worked on cleaning up. Every time I have been in the manager is yelling at his employees. The sandwiches are ok, but more often than not they aren’t what I asked for. I’ve given up on ordering online. Probably won’t go back.

I hate my wife for getting me one of their Cheesesteak Sandwiches. The ‘Big Kahuna’ with the peppers, mushrooms and extra cheese… OMG it is so good. Not a bad cheesesteak sandwich for a place that does not specialize in them. Beware of the giant sized one, it’s huuuuge! I can’t rate on the service, just the food was paid attention too and it was pretty good.

Staff very friendly & upbeat! Food was great. Store was clean. Fair prices too. I got a regular size sub, split it with my teenager. We both had enough Jersey Mikes to satisfy. Put this on your list of places to try! AJ.

I wasn’t impressed… There was a line of «newbies» being trained, which is fine. But the sub’s themselves were not impressive. Jimmy Johns is better.
