Took my step dads car here to get the service done on it as part of his bday gift. It was quick service, inexpensive and they didn’t try to push extras on me like they do at most oil change/​service stations; they did INFORM me of the extra things (bulbs out, for example) so I was aware of them and could relay the info to my step dad if I wanted.

Terrible service, very slow and uninformed. Tried to over price until I caught them. Tried to overprice a total of three times and acted surprised when I caught them each time.

The best service I have ever had! The employees here are super amazing! They were kind and patient. One amazing woman even opened my door for me :) found my 1 stop shop for car service!

Usually, with oil change places you kind of expect them to do the bare minimum for the maximum amount of money. Not at this one! I was SUPER impressed! Quality service all-​around. Ill be taking my 3 cars to this location from now on. I own a 96 M3, a 98 540i and a 91 348TS that I wouldn’t hesitate to bring here. Awesome! As a previous Esprit V8 owner (which are temperamental to being with), I know. I took my esprit to an oil can Henrys in Hillsboro (Closer to where i use to live when i lived in the bald peak area) and they didn’t tighten the drain plug so it leaked fast (they fixed it, but still scary), this is a bit nerve racking to me. Ive been weary ever since. Not with this place, hands down the best experience, the manager (cant remember her name) and the rest of the crew, did an awesome job with all services that needed to be done without any BS.

Very slow service. The greeting was promt, but the actual service (a basic oil change) was quite slow. Though all the employees were very polite, i would recommend setting aside a lengthy amount of time if you need a service done. I’m not saying go somewhere else completely, just have the time to spare.

I have to say, I don’t think I’ve ever run into such genuinely nice guys while getting an oil change before. They did my oil change quickly, were super nice the whole time, didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I don’t need (that’s the fastest way to make sure I won’t ever return), and sent me on my way. It feels weird giving a Jiffy Lube 5-​stars but thanks to the service they deserve every one of those stars.
It was an oil change so there isn’t a lot to say other than that, but it was such an easy, pleasant experience that I’m willing to drive out here for my oil changes from now on. I don’t know his name, but the young guy with very short dark hair should be acknowledged for his major role in creating a loyal customer. Thanks guy! And other guys there too!

Don’t ever come here for anything. I went in to get my oil changed, and I never imagined they could mess up an oil change. They damaged my oil pan and tried to blame it on me, asking if I got into an accident recently. And no, it’s been a year since my last accident and it was when someone rear ended me. So now after I got an official report from my mechanic, I am trying to get them to pay for the damages they caused and they are absolutely denying everything. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.

First of all, I usually never give a 5 star review but this Jiffy Lube location deserves it. The customer service and car service was top notch from when I first pulled up, to me driving out of the service bay. Every single employee thanked me for my business before I left. Amazing experience! Thank you.

The whole staff is amazing. They sure went above and beyond for us. I used to be «if-​y» about chain style mechanics. But I would recommend this location to anyone. Always hard to find someone who takes the time to show you how to do it on your own. Thank you for the only positive car experience in Oregon!

Customer service here blew me away! I called ahead to ask some questions and the guy was awesome! When there, they MADE me a cup of tea. I really enjoyed visiting this location and WILL come here again. I had been putting off going for way too long because I usually hate these type of locations because they try to up sell like crazy. Here, every recommendation they made was totally justified. LOVE!
