Take this from a former client of Eric Noël’s. BEWARE of Eric Noël and his girlfriend Kindy Pool. They are trying to sell a stolen horse who went lame in their care under a different name of Trade Wind(chestnut mare in his pictures posted; her stolen flyer can be seen online) rather than her real name of Rock-A-Bye. Her JC name is Pharisien Rainbow and she has a track tattoo. Eric and Kindy are illegally selling a stolen horse and are currently involved in litigation. They do not have legal rights to do this and if they did, why would they use a different name for the mare? Several people have come forth in Eric’s «want to be» attorney behavior stating he has been kicked out of several barns, police have been involved because of his illegal behaviors, and because of his continued unstable business practices. He has some serious mental disorders that are not only dangerous to himself but the horses and riders as well. He constantly steals horses and property that has never been owned by him, and is found at fault for this by judges in multiple states and counties. Anyone who purchases the stolen mare before litigation is completed(and we will win), is looking at forfeiting any money and time they invested. Beware of this so called trainer. He claims to be a judge and isn’t even registered this year to do so! He’s a lot of talk and will take you for a run for your money. You will regret doing ANY business with this fraud.

I found The Chase online seeking a stables close to Portland that had a great trainer, nice facilities and catered to adult riders for lessons. The Chase has all of those in spades. Eric is an excellent, patient and supportive trainer and has really challenged me to break my old riding habits and I’m well on my way to becoming a much better rider. It’s also right near a few wineries. which makes for a great after-ride treat!

My daughter has taken lessons from Eric for almost 2 years and her skill level has increased a tremendous amount. More importantly is at the age of 14 I’ve witnessed a complete transformation in her confidence and self esteem. He has and continues to judge horse shows all over the country for many years. Im greatly thankful for how Eric’s lessons have impacted my daughter’s attitude and her love for animals. I highly recommend Eric and Chase Riding as a riding coach. KJ Smith
