Staff are very knowledgable in that old-school mechanic way, where they don’t just rifle through the catalog but instead really know thier inventory. They have solid advice, carry higher-end products (like multiple pro synthetic fluid brands) and have an excellent machine shop on site. This kind of real mechanics’ haven is rare these days, replaced by big chain stores full of wax and wipers, so I always come to Action first and give them as much business as I can. I really value their role in the neighborhood and industry.
