Love this place bought a trade in from them with no warranty an it started acting up couple months later an when I called them not only did they agreed to take a look an made sure I had a car to get where I needed to when they had it an then they are fixing that little problem with no charge. They are super awesome I’ve just loved everyone there so far. they definitely get it the job DONE! Thanks again Todd in services

I have visited them a few times in the past couple of years since I bought my Chevy Camaro. Dealing with them has always been great. Twice was regular service, and the 3^rd time was to get minor repairs done. Service has been super fast, they have a nice waiting area, so I have never needed to dropoff my car for repairs. Even for the repairs, Mr. Daniels at the service dept. was very nice to keep me informed of the progress from time to time. Apart from fixing the problem that I had informed him, he also got some additional things fixed without me even knowing :) Overall has been a very nice experience visiting them, recommended always! :)

Stopped by at the dealership mainly to see what’s new in the world of cars and to kill some time in between meetings. Noticed they had a crazy good deal on a left over 2015 Camaro. My heart was set on my next car being a convertible (which this one wasn’t) but I thought I’d take it out for a short test drive anyway. The sales guy, Shawn, was very informative and pleasant, and not at all pushy. He put a good faith effort into locating a convertible afterward (but no left over ‘15s were available with a manual transmission, a must for me). I was very pleased with their openness about pricing, their non-​pushy sales tactic and the overall attitude and feel of the place. Will definitely give them a chance to earn my business next time I’m shopping for a car.

Bought my second car here, and they made it very easy to understand and walked me through all the steps to getting my car. They found the perfect car for me within my price range and were very pleasant to work with. William Kopatich was an excellent salesperson! Definitely ask for him if you go to buy a car here.
FOLLOW UP: Since going back to receive my plates and registration, it has been a real nightmare to get my registration and title. They originally put down the wrong name and my insurance would not accept the registration. They promised me they would rush the new registration and get it to me ASAP. It’s been two weeks and I’m still being told to wait, and have since had my insurance canceled because I have no correctly spelled registration to submit. Also, their contact with me has been terrible. They continue to say they are emailing/​calling me but haven’t received any. Very disappointed with their follow-​up and staff in getting back to me with the registration and title. Not so much a problem with William, but the dealership as a whole is not run efficiently.

My first interaction with the parts department was great, my first interaction with the service department was equally great. Key factors include… the work was done on time, the price was entirely reasonable and less than expected.
First time at Chuck Olson Chevrolet, I needed a key for a work van. The parts guy made 2 keys and wouldn’t let me pay.
First time with their Service Department, I was given an over the phone estimate and added an oil and filter change when I arrived and left spending less than the estimate and they did it within my unusually tight time frame! So I’m a satisfied customer.
In all my years of owning motor vehicles, I’ve never taken any car I’ve owned into a dealership for servicing before, all the horror stories and outrageous bills, I chose to do my own repairs. But when it comes to power windows and regulators and door panels, I decided to try Chuck Olson Chevrolet and I’m glad I did.

I usually take my car here for oil changes. Its pretty hassle free. I love that you can book an appt online. The waiting area is pretty nice and the coffee is usually strong. They are nice enough to call and let you know when your car is finished if you happen to have wandered off. It can be pretty pricey but I assume that this is comparable to other places around. I am always happy to find that they have vacuumed my floor. On my last visit they gave me a car wash coupon too. I prefer this location over the other Chevy dealer nearby, although I did not buy my car here. I do wish they had weekend appts. Everyone is always nice and I have never had a bad experience.

Business in their service center must be so good they can be unfriendly to new customers. We brought our car in after seeing their online reservation system showing them completely open for the day. We drove in and asked about getting our car serviced. Instead of a nice greeting, the gentlemen at the desk was extremely unfriendly: «Oh no, we are totally booked. We „might“ be able to see you tomorrow.» He mentioned how short staffed they were and was also completely dismissive when asked about their online system showing nothing but open appointments for the day. So, instead of trying to learn more about our problem or offering more information about when we could have our car serviced, we were made to feel like an imposition. Thankfully, there are other GM dealers around and we quickly found a company a few blocks away with friendly and prompt service.

. (I responded to a Craigslist ad: 2007 Honda CR-​v, ‘Priced to Sell.’) asking, $ 12,900.00. I called, explained to the Salesman, William, I had booked the CRV on N.A.D.A. and it came in right at $ 10,000 with all the options. I told him, I had found a 2006 Honda CR-​v for less money, $ 8500.00 and it only had 85,000 miles, the Chuck Olsen Honda had exactly, 100,340 miles. William said, if he could sell it, his CR-​v for $ 2500 less, which would have been exactly, $ 10,300.00 would I buy it. I said yes, I set up an appointment today @ 4pm, which I arrived early from Redmond, WA, where I live. My Fiancé, wanted to buy the other Blue CR-​v, because it was less money and less miles, but I assured her, buying from a Dealer would be better than I private party. Was I ever so wrong. The HOOK is to get you down, drive the car, which we did, I inspected the vehicle, completely, including the Brakes, Tires, Suspension, Exhaust, Engine, Fluids, Electrical and my lady, checked out the Exterior and Interior: We found, the Battery was three years old, and slow to start. We even showed the Salesperson, the date code, clearly written on the Battery. I also, showed the Dipstick tube fluid for the Automatic Transmission, which the fluid is supposed to be PINK in color, when worn, it’s anything but PINK? Chuck Olsen Chevy just happened to have (2) 2007 Honda Crv’s on their lot, side by side, both had DIRTY, brown and smelly, burn’t Tranny fluid? The other CRV, the deluxe Model, was $ 4000.00 more, than the silver model, we were looking it, it had the Following wrong with it: The Battery was a 2011, which batteries, now a days, are good only 2 to 3 years, most O’Reilly’s Batteries, are warrantied, One to Two years. Both cars, were slow to start: Having a good battery is Job #1, if it, don’t start, the vehicle or electronic’s won’t operate; Ding #1. Ding #2, the Tires on the Deluxe CRV were from two different Manufacturers? You can’t do that on a 4wd, or AWD vehicle, you will burn out the 4wd when you use it. They have to be the same size, same tread type, same make and model and worn the same, everyone knows that?
Ding #3, the switch and bait. After meeting with ‘GUY’ the Sales Manager, trust me, we were the only CUSTOMERS, (4) salespersons, (1) sales manager, and he takes ten minutes to write up our offer of $ 10,300.00, but it comes back at $ 12,600.00? What, and we were pre-​approved with BECU for $ 50,000.00 credit, we had the letter and our interest rate, was 2.95% because of good credit. On his offer sheet, he’s trying to sell us BECU for 4.5% and we don’t need him? Typical Scam. I confronted William, we had a deal. It was $ 2500 off your asking price, we were pre-​approved with BECU, either you could run the paperwork, or we come back with a check in full, for the price we agreed on over the phone, plus dealer handling and taxes, which would include Sales and Excise taxes.
This ‘GUY’ Sales Manager is the one, who ultimately sets the final price, negotiates the financing and initials the deal. He could, if he were inclined, sell it for $ 5000. He’s the boss, we walked.
I’m not new to the Car Business. I started with J.C.Penney’s in 1982. Worked as a Firestone Store Manager in Mill Creek in the 80’s. Was a District Manager for Goodyear in the early 90’s, but went to work, contracting for Automotive Dealerships in the Service Department to fix vehicles and work with Technicians to diagnose vehicle properly and quality control. I’m State Emission Certified, first in 1996 and again in 2013. I train Mechanic’s and Technicians, I’m a little bit more than a Master Tech, but I like training both Service Advisors, Service Managers, and Shop Foreman’s, how to fix cars right the first time, as agreed, and I have a 100%, no come back rule. I also, teach every employee I train, tell every customer, «yes, we can. yes, we will.» It’s easy, finding solutions is everything to customer service.
Obviously ‘GUY’ missed these meetings, in his world of SLUM, switch and bait, Car Sales and Sales Management. I generally, never deal with Sales Managers or Salespeople, when I want a car, I call and speak to the Used Car Manager, tell him what I want, how much I want to pay, come in and pay in cash or check, on the spot. Easy in and Easy out. I sadly, have to say, Chuck Olsen Chevrolet is a Joke. I’ve over 30 plus years, seen some good Upstanding Automotive Dealerships in the Puget Sound, and some fantastic Service Managers, Sales Managers and Owners, but Chuck Olsen has changed, for the worse. Don’t buy from these Guys, as they hire CHUMPS, like GUY, who smiles, as he tries to CON YOU. I know, what a N.A.D.A. and KELLY BLUE BOOK Valuation is: Generally, I only pay, Wholesale, Loan Value or Trade in Values, but the CRV’s, are worth, Low Retail, even Average Retail, when clean, not RiP OFF prices.

I never write reviews, but felt compelled after my experience here. If you don’t want to read the short novel I wrote, the bottom line is that these people are incompetent.
I called in to have a duplicate of my key done as well as get my front light repaired– it just needed a new bulb.
Attempt1: I called in and told the secretary what I needed and she transferred me to service and repairs where I left a voicemail. After not hearing back from them, I called in again to set an appt. The person who took my call apologized and told me they had a new secretary and that services and repairs were closed for the day. Ok, no worries. Let’s set an appointment for next week.
Attempt 2: after setting my my appointment, I showed up a week later on a Saturday. When I arrived, the Chevy dealers told me that they didn’t have my reservation down. Apparently, the man who took my information set me up with an appointment at the KIA dealership, not the Chevy dealership. Not only that, they wrote my first name as Merlin! It is roger! I would understand if they wrote down my name as Robert, but Merlin? I mean, they got my last name correct which is much more difficult to spell/​pronounce… Continuing with my nightmare, They wouldn’t be able to see me the rest of the day, but said I could reschedule for next week… I complied.
Attempt 3: I showed up for my appointment and they correctly had it scheduled. For the two tasks I needed completed (light and key duplicate made) they told me 45 min to an hour. They offered to do a «routine check up» where they would make sure that my car didn’t have any other problems, but I politely declined since I had a very important exam later that day. I told the service attendant that I would only like the 2 tasks done so that I could make my later appointments.
An hour and 15 min had gone by and I was beginning to stress since I had places to be. shortly thereafter, the service attendant came up to me and told me that they had incorrectly duplicated my key and so they needed to go pick up a specific part at another store since they were out. I couldn’t believe it.
They told me it would take 45 min to an hour to complete two fucking tasks and here we are at an hour and 15 min and they had only done 50% of the work.
I told them to forget making a duplicate, I needed to go.
At this point the serviceman asked me if I’d like to schedule another appointment with them to finish the key task… There is no way I would spend a 3^rd weekend in a row at this place.
Totally incompetent. And here is the worst part. Finally after getting my car back an hour and a half later, I missed my exam. Thanks for the 45 min estimation for half the work!

Excellent service team. I did not buy my Volt at this dealership, but they service my Volt as if I did. Mr. Djohan is my service agent. He goes beyond expectations delivering outstanding service from «on the road» assistance and more complex repairs. The dealership itself has been a pleasure to work with and they obviously have focused on delivering a top-​notch service experience. I have owned and serviced cars at dealerships for over 45 years and Olsen is one of the best. Repairs have been excellent, warranty work automatically provided without question and follow up work excellent. They have a customer shuttle that is timely and friendly. What a great dealership, and I do not say that often for sure!

Still one star. My first post garnered a response from them wanting me to provide details, I did and then hear NOTHING back. What a bunch of jokers, no customer service.

Terrible experience with service here. They ended up comping my oil change, which I appreciate, but I would have preferred paying for professional service.

I am not a super easy person to work with when it comes to buying a car. I had a terrible experience years ago which has made me dread and loath the car buying experience. However, I was recently in the market for a new-​to-​me car and I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted on the private market. So after narrowing down my search to a couple of dealerships, I drug myself into Chuck Olson Kia/​Chevrolet.
Much to my surprise, I had a really positive experience. I worked with Mike Christofills and he was a very nice guy. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all. When I left my number, he didn’t blow up my phone. As a matter of fact, he gave me the time and space I needed to consider what I saw.
I didn’t need the dealership’s financing but spent time finalizing all my documents with Joy Edwards, the Finance Manager and found her to be just as charming.
The KEY to a good car buying experience is 1) do you like the car you bought and 2) do you feel like you got a good deal. If either of those aspects are missing, you won’t be happy. And I am both very happy with my car and the price I paid. After my experience there, I would go back and recommend them to a friend.

My last car buying experience was… awful to say the least. Long story short I ended up not getting a car. After a long couple months of having crap cars that worked for all of a few days, taking the bus and spending waaaay too much money on Car2Go and Über, I finally decided it was time to be an adult and buy a car.
My experience with Bob Collins was pretty awesome. He was patient with me, understanding of my situation (not the best credit score and a crap ton of student loan debt) and found the perfect solution. I looooooove my little Kia Soul so much and I could not be happier with my experience. He took a situation that could have been very stressful and tedious and made it really great. Thanks Bob :)

I brought my Chevy Sonic in for recall work. Daniels took great care of me. My XM radio wasn’t working well and I was only out of warranty 450 miles. He went to bat for me and was able to get all charges waived for a new antenna and labor.
Oil was changed as well, all done in a timely promised manner. Cost is what I pay elsewhere if not less. I always cringe when I go to a dealer for any service work. But this was a super pleasant experience. I will be back a nice waiting room friendly atmosphere

After visiting Auburn Valley Kia and Renton Kia I looked online after hearing Chuck Olson’s commercial on KJR.
Not only did Chuck Olson’s beat the others bottom line, (1.5 hours of «haggling «in Renton)
Our salesman Bill, went out of his way to get the exact model delivered to the lot in 1 day!
My wife loves her new Soul and driving the extra 51 minutes saved us $ 3000.00 and 3% interest!
From the sales department to the finance department, our complete experience was The BEST !!!
They have a customer for LIFE!

I decided I needed to get my car in for a oil change and to make sure everything else was working properly. We called in and they said they didn’t have any availability on a certain Saturday we wanted but if we brought in the car at 7:30 am they would find time to get to it. We brought the car in and only ended up needing an oil change. I thought I needed to replace a headlight and we were quoted $ 40 to replace the headlight! Good thing it didn’t need replacing (just not well connected) because that is way too much to replace a headlight.
We asked them to also check the brakes and they reported back the brakes are only half way used and everything looked good on them. The oil change was $ 40 which is cheaper than the Jiffy Lube we usually go to near our home in Seattle.
The person we worked with was nice and we got a call around 10 am saying the car was completed and we can go pick it up. Overall it was a good spot for an oil change just a little out of the way unless you live in Shoreline.
