«Pay Less»? Hahaha… more like «Pay MORE»!!! I am SO glad I decided not to allow myself to be swindled by this car lot, who by the way have zero skills in sales tactics and customer service. My husband and I (who is a certified technician at a reputable large dealership) went to test drive a car there which seemed like a reasonable price considering really low miles and upgraded packages it supposedly had. Turns out they were quoting prices from KBB for a car based on lies as features, it was supposed to have a sport package (nope) and cold weather package (nope), additionally when inspecting the car, it’s been in an accident, trim wasn’t even put back on right and was cracked, there was overspray from the paint job highly visible and obvious! the rear washer fluid was dripping down the headliner inside, oil was a quart low and black (who’s doing maintenance on this thing?) to make matters worse, it also ended up having a vacuum leak (verified by scanned codes and could hear it too) which could turn into a larger issue down the road and costly as well.
Now comes the fun part… negotiating, after pointing out the obvious lack of «packages» it had, and looking up the truthful KBB price for Fair Market it turned out to be over $ 2000 less than they were selling it for, not including reductions for the issues it has! What we experienced was a lack of care for our business, the car, and probably themselves too, LOL!!! The guy only wanted to come down $ 1000 and told me that’s only if the boss even approved it! Then said «try and find another car like this with this low of miles for that price»…hey dude, I don’t know where you’re shopping online for prices but so far I went back to my search and have found quite a few!
So um, no thanks… buh bye you will never get our business now or in the future.
Their company slogan should be:
«Pay MORE so the owner can drive around his Bentley» (and that’s true too, sadly)

Arrogant employees. Seriously need to work on customer service. Cars are definitely over-​priced.

Still love my car! No issues out of the ordinary. I have told many people it was worth driving from the middle of tacomas auto row north 45 min to buy my car and suggest others do the same!

I had a great experience with Payless Auto Sales. I found the car I wanted and negotiated a price that pleased both parties. The only part of the transaction I didn’t like was that they tried to add a few things to the cost, i.e. finance guarantee insurance for the lender (not reqired) and some other minor fee I had them remove. My credit union was closed when I made the purchase, but their financing option (WSECU) rate was lower than mine! If your smart and can stick to your guns, I would have no problem recomending these guys. They buy cars @ auction, then re-​sell them. They don’t provide warranties, or assurances, as most small lots don’t. Do your homework and have a mechanic check out the vehicle if you have any reservations.

The car breaks the second time yesterday, and we only get it for a week. The dealer won’t pay any of the repair fee even the car broke right away on the road when we drive it back. We have already paid 1300 dollars to repair it. As the car is a fixed title one, when we bring to our nearest auto repair, they said the car have a lot of part missing because of the accident. But the dealer told us everything is fine, and we were told to not buy any warranty as the car is totally fine for driving and the warranty would be a waste of money. However, the truth is that the dealer never maintains their cars!!! We got so angry about this dealer and recommend everyone buy a car from them!!! They just park the car in the area and wait for a fool to buy it.

Lie upon lies you will regret ever buying a car from thus location like i did. Lied about car gas milage, lied about tittle of car, gave me car with 6 month expired tabs and try to play it off like oh you need new tabs its 136 dollars, harrased after firt week of buying car, didnt check for my good credit and told me 30% interest rate when now im paying 11% car broke down first week. Tryed to sell car worth ¹⁄₅ of what i bought it for 6 months prior. Yes they might have good deal but at what cost.

BAD FOR BUSINESS. On the phone these folks sound like great people. I just recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealer. the driver side window didnt roll down, the front driver light was out and when I brought it to his attention he got an attitude because he had to fix it. The car didn’t have tabs. RS the owner had written up the sellers report and quoted me one price. After I had gone to my bank and gotten the check to pay him he looked at the paperwork and started yelling at his employee for not adding the tab fees into the sellers report. I then had to give him an ext $ 77 for tabs. RS offered to fix the heater which was only a temporary fix. The heat worked for 1 day and when I went out the next morning to warm up the car I turned the heat on but after the car had warmed up and we all got inside it felt like an icebox. I called RS to let him know and he told me to bring the car back out there so they could fix it. I told him that I would drop it off Sunday night which we did. RS told me that we could pick the car up on Monday. Monday came and I called him to inquire since I hadnt heard anything from him. I was told that when he had taken the car to his mechanic the heat was working and that the car was UNBEARABLY hot. I found this hard to believe because although you could put your hand up to the vent on the driver side and feel heat it wasn’t actually blowing out of the vent. The passenger side however the temperature was set to high but there was nothing but cold air coming out. The rear blowers were working but again there was nothing but cold air coming out. RS then told me that he needed another day and that I could pick the car up on Tuesday. I called, my boyfriend called numerous times only to have our calls ignored BUT when I called from a number other than my own magically someone answered my call and again the car still was not fixed. So that brings us to Thursday 11÷17÷11 no updates or anything. Finally got through to someone asking to speak to Will. Will is another worker that had been giving us excuse after excuse and all of a sudden he had been off for the past two days although we had been told on Wednesday that he was out to lunch. The person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about other than knowing I was calling about the Pacifica. He then told me there were no other details he could give me. I told him that i was going to pick my car up anyway and have it fixed and that I would take RS to small claims to get my money. He then told me that my car wasn’t at the lot and that he didn’t know where my car was and that the only thing he could do is pass the message along to RS. AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS IF POSSIBLE. THEY HAVE NICE CARS ON THEIR LOT BUT THE HASSLE AND LACK OF INTEGRITY ISN’T WORTH THE HEADACHE!!! iI WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS AS A RATING!

I was hoping other Unilocalers could help me out with findng out more about these guys. My husband wants to buy a truck from them. I got a weird vibe when I asked about the carfax and he said «why bother., it has been in one accident.» But then did not show me the carfax. He did give me the ID# to look it up myself. And I point out that the area under where the mini backseat was is burnt (plastic) he says he knows nothing about it. Well obviously it was burnt enough to have to take out the collapsable backseat! And since it is a used truck there is no give backs. But upside is husband’s brother bought a car from them two years ago and has had no problems.
