Holy hell, I hope for $ 15 minimum wage these idiots can start getting an order correct, because they sure can’t for what they’re getting now.

First off, I love McDonalds, as unhealthy as it can be. I loved it since I was a wee little bunny. Now they have the McD App, which is awesome for a couponer-for-fun like me :) sooooo… 1. This McDonald’s does not take cards with electronic chip(which is now required by law because of the additional security measures to prevent fraud). I was told my the sales attendant, Theresa, that there was no manual way of inputting my card by number — not sure if that is true. 2. This McDonald was very disorganized. All the workers kept asking other workers what to do, what to press. Management needs to train better. 3. I wanted to use my second coupon — from the official McDonald’s App. I divided my order into two separate transaction, meeting the one coupon per customer rule. I clarified with another member(not Theresa) if I was able to do that — the member said yes I could. Then Theresa took over mid-transaction and told me I could only use 1 coupon. Not even if I separated my order or revisited McDonald in another hour. Etc. She was HIGHLY dismissive and unapologetic. I could be fine if she did say«sorry we only accept one coupon but please try again tomorrow/next time.» But she just shook her head at me, very smugly, and dismissed me for the next customer. I used this McD App at… mmmm 5 different McDs in 2 different states — I was accepted everytime and allowed to use my coupons as long as I ended my transaction in between. What if I stood in line again to use my coupon app? No What if I step outside the door and reenter the store right after? No What if I went up to the McDonalds a few minutes up to use the coupon app? How would they know? No Dear Theresa, you rude. 4. My food was cold, this never happened before. Usually McDs I go to they serve it piping hot. When I got home it was COLD. COLD. I live 2 blocks away! Everyone knows how great cold stale fries are. My god. What a waste, even with a coupon. I will not be returning to this Shoreline branch.

McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food wherever you go. Sometimes it’s really hot and good tasting and sometimes it’s cold or bland. I’m not sure what causes either situation. Despite the fact that the food is full of chemical ingredients and cancer causing agents, I still am drawn to eat here on occasion. McDonald’s food fits best with little children and senior citizens because those are usually the demographic that eat bland foods and love them. McDonald’s recent attempts to change their menu to suit the grown up tastes as well as making their food to seem more healthy have done nothing for them but chase away customers. People go to McDonald’s because it’s unhealthy and they know it. We go back for the old standards. The cheeseburger, the Big Mac, the Quarter pounder etc… Their new sandwiches neither taste good nor are they worth the price. Another reason people go to McDonald’s is for their kids and because it can be nostalgic but it has changed so much since I was young that there is no nostalgia here for me anymore. What happened to the characters? Where is Grimmace, the Fry Guys, Mayor McCheese, Birdie, Hamburgaler, or the Nuggets? What happened to the character theme McDonald’s Playland? McDonaldland cookies? Custom happy meal boxes? Even the toys are garbage now. McDonald’s has come a long way from where they were when I was young and in my opinion, they’ve gone the wrong direction. Now McDonald’s has finally extended their menu so that you can order breakfast all day. What a joke. The joke is that people weren’t that upset that they couldn’t get an egg McMuffin at 8pm, what the people really want is a fillet o fish or a big mack at 6am. When it comes to listening to customers and providing options to satisfy such feedback, McDonald’s has got to be second only to Comcast.

This is, without a doubt, the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Not only is the service lackluster, the food is often cold, and the staff generally give you attitude. On top of that, they don’t want to let you use valid coupons from the McDonald’s app: for example, I asked to use the coupon to buy one breakfast sandwich and get another free. You would think this wasn’t a problem, right? Yet, the staff person tells me it’s not possible unless I get a sausage McMuffin with egg. Well, the coupon doesn’t give that limitation. Further, the manager then rudely and curtly tells me that«the computer says is with egg, so it’s with egg.» It also wouldn’t have hurt to have him tell me this with some semblance of politeness. This is the last time I’ll be at this McDonald’s, and from the looks of it the other reviews are not exactly glowing either.

Alright so this is the THIRD time in a row I’ve had a bad experience lol. Maybe it’s just time to realize I’m going to McDonald’s … Anyways my fries were really soggy and mushy cold. Usually the nuggets are L and O shape(don’t ask how I know that) but I only got O shaped ones in mine for the first time ever. They were soggy n cold too not good :/

I’ve driven past this McD’s hundreds of times when visiting friends in Shoreline. After a late night visit and still needing to eat dinner, with limited options in the area to get home fast, I stopped by. No one was in front of me in the drive thru, but it took 12 minutes to get a hamburger, small fries and small drink. The money was snatched out of my hand, and the food was thrust at me. The prices are higher here too than most fast food places. The food was hot and typical McD’s, greasy and not good for you but you get what you pay for. Food: 2 Service: 2 Ambiance: NA Parking: 4

More expensive than other local McDonald’s, poor service, and staff unwilling to answer a simple question. Will not be returning to this location, even though it is the closest to our home.

to use the restroom, the counter person punches in a code on the bathroom door. The problem? she punches it in with her bare fingers, and then goes and prepares food without washing her hands. The only thing that loves that is EColi.

First time at this location. Went through the drive thru, ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, they messed up the toppings and provided a single quarter pounder. I walk inside to have them correct it, they still provide me with a burger with only one single quarter pounder patty. Also they don’t provide napkins in the bag for a drive thru order. Subpar McDonald’s experience

Late last night I went to mcondalds. I don’t eat McDonalds but the friend I was with does so we went. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or getting robbed or what was happening but man they should call it slow food instead of fast food. The car in front of us had a whole meal missing from their order(which we heard because our windows were rolled down). They took so long that all four cars at the drive through shifted into park and turned off their cars. We finally move up to the window and my friends BBQ sauce was missing. We asked the woman for BBQ sauce and she hands us one packet of buffalo sauce. She closed the window and walked away. My friend and I patiently waited for her to return, we waited 15 minutes. She never came back so we left. Mcondalds took a huge L.

I ordered a McDeez Nut Mocha to go. Was in a big hurry to get back in line at the Methadone clinic. Took at least 10 minutes for them to fill my order. Next time I will try the drive thru. I just didn’t want my rims catching on the curb.

I applied online for a side job. One of the manager’s came into my home store where I work as a checker. She told me to come in for an interview. I went in that night to ask her name so I knew who to ask for for my interview the next day. The assistant manager on duty«Jaimeland». He told me I needed to go back onto the McDonald webpage and correct my availability. And then call him back in 24 hours. First of all, you cannot go back and correct anything for six months. Second of all, he was giving me the run around. Third of all, I am not a kid and I do not deserve to spoken to in a manner which appears I do not know the value of work.

I have never had a problem going to the Mc Donalds. I usally come here once or twice a month and they have never gotten my order wrong. They are fast and the employees are very nice. It’s a clean establishment but going in and out of the location can be a head ache at times because the traffic light takes forever and they often have protester hanging out outside.

All my past experiences at this McDonalds have been terrible. Every time I go here, I already would know that my experience would be terrible, but I continue to go here since it’s the only fast food place nearby. I’ve wanted to write reviews in the past but I was able to shrug those off. However, this time, I will be leaving a review. I stopped by McDonalds tonight to pick up some strawberry sundaes as a snack for the family and when they gave it to me, all of them were less than three quarters full. Half the cup was ice cream and the rest was the strawberry syrup. How difficult is it to hold down the ice cream machine lever down for another second to fill the cups up properly? Other McDonalds I’ve gone to fill the cup up completely! This place has no quality whatsoever.

First let me say this is not the first time this has happened at this location… I order something simple such as a number 2 with a coke and a McChicken, then I pull to the drive through and the lady asked me what I ordered. After I tell them they ask for my receipt. Then it takes the 3 – 5 minutes to get me my food without even an apology, all this while the cars behind me are getting mad, Working the drive-thru can be stressful and hard but it seem like they put people there who are not ready to be there. I never once got an email back from the on duty manager or GM and find that horrible. There are other Mcdonalds to go to that are just as close. This place had one more shot

Items(Tried to) Order: Hot Cup of Water I order a Hot Cup of Water every now and then, but I’ve never had to pay for it(EVER.) I was really disappointed when I was being rung up for my items that a hot cup of h20 costs $ 1.10. Really??? In addition to that, all the outlets had plastic covers that protected the outlets. The covers were impossible to slide to use the outlet. I understand every MCD’s does it different(ie. corporate vs franchises), but definitely exhausting all other restaurant possibilities in the area than re-patronizing this one.

Awful customer service. I don’t like to order inside, I just do drive-thru. I rather go to McDonald near Mountlake 9 Movie Theater. They have better customer service, and it’s more nicer there. Their interior makes the atmosphere better. I think McDonald in Aurora Street are just lazy to clean or something, I see so many trash everywhere. And it wasn’t even busy either! I can’t recommend you that it’s not good for groups, just do the drive-in and leave.

What’s the saying? If is walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it must be a duck? WTF? BTW, did you know a Duck’s quack does not have an echo… I must say, I like the fact they shut this place down and rebuilt it recently. Sad part to report, the food still sucks! And why do you ask do I still come to these McRestaurants? The kiddos, what can I say… Damn McMarketing of the McHappymeals… This unit, while being all nice and fresh looking on the outside, I mean it has some very nice landscaping, the interior is «fresh» but gads the floors and tables were a mess, has anyone here heard of a bleach towel? Sickeningly sticky floors along side the serve yourself soda station makes this place a mess. And the restrooms are crappy as well, pardon the pun… eeek!!!
