McDonald’s

The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is because it’s been recently remodeled. Also, the cashier was nice.
HOWEVER, two out of three of my kids’ apple packets had been opened/​popped at the bottom. The place was DIRTY. The bathrooms needed to be scrubbed and booths were filthy. We came at a non-​peak time. So, it’s not like they were slammed and couldn’t get to it. Plus, it was crazy hot in the Playland. The a/​c should have been on. It was awef

Normally u get what I pay for. Crap food, but I swear there are in a storage of French fires at this location. The car next to me complained but I was too tired to get get out and deal with this crap after working all day in the rain.

For real, it’s 330am on a Friday. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry. I’m at the front window and have been sitting here for 22 minutes. Wtf?

Same quality, service, and atmosphere as any other McDonald’s in the Pacific Northwest. Every once in a while when you just don’t have time to make your own food and need something fast you can count on them for consistency across the board. Not the healthiest choice by any means but consistent for what it is. Extremely friendly staff here, but as far as everything else goes it is consistent and I’m not sure what else I can say other than that. They’ve always met my last-​minute breakfast burrito needs on my way into work after a workout with no time to make real food.

I ordered a couple of McFlurry’s in the drive through, when I finally got my order the cups were only half full! I’m not paying for half an order. This is where I initiate a chargeback and get my money returned.

I work across the street and desperate times calls for desperate measures when I have to go to McDonalds. They are always slow! You think you are safe when there are 1 or 2 people in the drive thru, but no! It always takes up at least 20 minutes of my 30 minute breaks. Today I went through the drive thru for the double cheeseburger and fries combo and they told me to pull into the waiting spot… for a double cheeseburger… They served four people behind me before a manager came out to hand me my order. She said that they were waiting on my fries, but my fries weren’t even hot. So slow! Only go through the drive thru if you want to wait 20 minutes for cheap food. The people at the second window are always cranky. I used to work fast food and I know the struggle, but come on…

Manager gave me the order wrong, when I told him what I really had, he sighed and then huffed off to grab what I had and forgot my fries. However, when I came back inside to get my fries, the rest of the staff were quite polite. Too bad their manager is so rude.

I eat here. A lot. Almost everyday. I get 4 – 7 grilled onion cheddars no bun. This review is specifically for Aiash… gibe her a raise. She is always very polite even when its hectic around her.

We go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest your house, the food is McDonald’s so I don’t need to explain, but every single time we go there they always get the order wrong! Today they forgot to put my sons cheese burger in the bag, and my husband forgot to check before driving away, which we know better cause they always forget something! I just don’t understand why this constantly happens, I worked at McDonald’s before it’s not that hard to read a order, seems like they need better staff!

The morning crew where the two dudes working register and cook, are just dope to me. First off they’re fast and my food is always hot and correct and last to have a McDonald’s in the morning that’s fast and hot is very helpful especially when I’m on the move and need breakfast.

Definitely one of the worse McDonald’s I ever seeing. I live a block and half away from this fast food restaurant and come frequently here, even though the location is fine and its appearance is better than other McDonald’s, the food and workers from this location are the real problem. Whenever I would come to this McDonald’s I would have to personally ask the workers to make sure they changed the tea and replaced the fries because no one ever knows if their previews partner did it or not but they still continue to serve the drinks without even checking, I had to comeback to the drive-​thru in many occasion because of the sweet tea I ordered (including orange juice and other drinks including ice creams, which machine is now being out of service for over a month), which horrible taste made it impossible to just keep driving home; coffee is also a huge issue here, majority of workers completely lack when it comes to measurements in order to filter the coffee properly, it either lacks of taste or is intolerable to drink as result of over adding.
Since this Mc Donald’s provides service ²⁴⁄₇ to dine in and drive thru, the workers are only worrying about serving the food and forget about the care and quality of what they’re serving, that’s the reason I try and not to go by drive thru and instead order in so if the order is wrong (which mostly is), I’ll have a chance to tell them at the moment instead of having to wait again back in the line of drive thru.

ONE CHEESEBURGER (should have been 2 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS)
Two McChicken xtra mayo (However, there was no lettuce as is standard and each had cheese which is NOT standard on the McChicken)
Additionally, when biting into one of the McChicken, it had PLASTIC WRAP ~INSIDE~ the sandwich. Pictures have been taken for reference.
This was a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer experience and by far the WORST I have ever had in my LIFE at ANY McDonalds across the country.

they have been great since remodel and new owners. like how they have specials other stores don’t have. their prices are cheaper then other mcds around them. they have nice employees at drive thru during breakfast.

Can it be? Did they actually get my order right TWICE? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it’s true!
After a revolting experience at Red Onion a couple of days ago, and after a grueling day at work, hubby and I decided to try out our local McDonalds.
At the McDonalds we used to go to in Mill Creek we RARELY ever got what we asked for, and believed that it wasn’t possible, and that it must actually be VERY difficult to make one burger without cheese and mayo, and one burger without pickles. Perhaps behind the scenes it was very tricky to NOT place those two pickle slices on that bun? Whatever the problem, we became used to going home and listing off the errors and then eating it anyway.
So yesterday I went to this one on Ballinger, since we live nearby now, and «lo and behold!» I was not only greeted by 2 smiling friendly faces at the two separate windows, but got home and found BOTH orders made to perfection! So it CAN be done? Wheeeee!
Feeling naughty, (McDonalds TWICE in two days?), I went there again tonight and ordered the same thing again… My God!!! They did it again!!! Everything just as I ordered! Not a pickle in sight! And no cheese or mayo on his! It restored my faith in humanity’s ability to construct a burger to order, and that there are smiling, friendly, happy people working in a McDonalds. Thank you to the whole team who work there! We will be back… just gotta work out a bit first!!!

I’m not going to waste my time reviewing the food… I mean its McDonalds. Not needed.
But I will say that the staff here are really great. Some of the friendliest people in Seattle I think.

It’s a McDonalds! What do I expect? Well, except when I ask for a «Daily Double» either say it’s no longer on the menu or give me the normal blank stare, don’t give me a Double Cheeseburger instead!

I avoid McDonald’s like the plague except for September and October during their Monopoly game. I know the odds are millions to one but what if? I tried this one a couple of times. The food tastes a bit better than the Edmonds McDonalds and service has varied from inaccurate to the best I have ever had at McDonalds

On any other day it would be the McDonald’s everyone knows, but I must have picked the wrong day to visit because I was at a two lane drive through. The cashier came over the speaker and said «I’ll be with you in a moment.» While I waited, two customers in the other lane were able to give their food orders and drive around to the window. After the second person in the other lane said their order over the speaker, I finally had to park and walk-​in.
It looked like there were only three people behind the counter including the manager. I saw another employee leave from behind the counter, either to go on break or go home. I’m not sure how many people should be working at McDonald’s at any given time, but under-​staffing does have negative short and long term consequences. Like a poor rating.

I hardly ever have McDonald’s. The only time I ever stop here is in the early morning for a sausage, egg McMuffin and a sausage breakfast burrito, but even that is rare, or if it’s late at night and I need a quick burger fix. Other than that I’m lucky to eat here once every three months.
I guess I could say the one thing that stands out the most is the customer service. The handful of times I have been here have been great due to the happy and friendly service. In particular there is this one middle eastern or Indian gentleman who always had a great attitude and smile on his face. He seems like he just really enjoys life. He is truly a breath of fresh air, especially to start the morning off.
As far as the food, it’s always hot and prepared in a speedy fashion so one wouldn’t have to wait long.

While I come to McDonalds just a few times a year the times I’ve been to this location have been pretty good. This is one of the updated McDonalds so it’s actually pretty nice inside.
The people at the drive through window always have a smile on their face and are friendly. Good place to grab something quick when you’re on the go. I am a fan of this McDonalds!
