The guys behind the counter should get 5 stars for friendliness and service but the sandwichs were only ‘okay’. Tons better than Subway, marginally better than Jimmy Johns and Quizno’s…but like far below in flavor from Tat’s if that’s any indicator. Really wanted to like Jersey Mike’s and will be back for a different sammie next time, but won’t have super high expectations.

I work really close by here and I wanted something a little«nicer» than subway for lunch. I’m vegan, which means no cheese or meat. When in a pinch I love to order loaded veggie sammies from Subway(even a few of their sauces are vegan!), so that was the plan. The woman in front of me was vegetarian and the man making her sandwich was SO nice and generously offered to wipe down the slicer before cutting the cheese(hehehehe) for her sandwich. He spent a good 2 minutes cleaning this thing(which of course I didn’t mind – I love when places are so respectful of people’s dietary restrictions!), which was refreshing to see. I literally ordered a sub«with all the vegetables, no meat/cheese/oil)» and they were very nice, changes knives before cutting my sandwich, making small talk about veganism, etc. The one thing I noticed was that there are hardly any veggies! I think all I got was some lettuce, pepperoncinis, jalapenos and tomato. At Subway I can get spinach, tomato, avocado, lettuce, red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and some sauces. Would I go back? Nah, not enough options for me. But I was very pleased with and appreciated how kind all the employees were about particular diets, and they were all super nice! woohoo!

This is one of my favorite sub sandwich places in town. Ingredients are fresh, employees are friendly and everything is clean. They are great at accommodating my kids weird tastes(dry sandwich with cheese, pickles and cucumber??). It’s more expensive than other chains but quality more than makes up for it. I usually stop in when shopping at the Shoreline Costco or Home Depot. It’s not gourmet food, but is solid and consistent every time.

I’m a toasted sandwich lover, and I approve of Jersey Mike’s. Aside from the fact that it’s a stones throw from my house, it’s also delicious, and not too badly priced. They feature changing daily special that offers a sub and a drink for about $ 7, which is pretty much the industry standard. I’ve had a a few of their different subs and have yet to be disappointed. Try the meatball with marinara, it’s delicious!

The service was fast. But that’s about all that I can say positive about this place. The sandwich(club, no mayo) was bland tasting and way, way too salty. Thoroughly mediocre, and not worth the $ 9 with tax.

It’s wholly unfair that I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s a hundred times and have never taken the time to review it. The service is consistently top-notch. The team seems to genuinely enjoy their job, they make eye contact and greet you as you walk in. Take a moment to ask yourself: When was the last time you visited a sandwich shop and received this level of service? My hat is off to the management team because they have an excellent training program in place. As mentioned by other Unilocalers the food is great too. Lots of variety and they’re never cheap on loading you up. Great value all around.

The last few times I had gone in I didn’t like the sandwich, but today it was AWESOME! And even more importantly, the entire crew was super friendly. I got greeted when I went in, and really felt like the employees wanted to make me the best sandwich ever. In particular, Austin is such an asset and great representative for you. Management material for sure!

This location is nearly back to 100% after an earlier mishap was trying to establish a ‘drive-through’. Revisited it with the kiddo after a Costco gas fill-up today 3÷14÷15 ~5:14pm. We ordered a #13 Italian and seasoned Mike’s Way and a #17 Philly Steak(hold all, except beef and cheese), both with soda and chips. Total with tax and tip came to under $ 27…a bargain with leftovers to take home! Again, consistently fresh generous ingredients, however, this visit earns the fifth Unilocal star due to the trio of staff manning the counter. Genuine enthusiasm, smiles, friendly and efficient customer service, and enjoying the background music. I’ve been to places where the people behind the counter usually are dour, moody, or look so put upon. These three gentlemen really look happy to be there during their shift. Really made quite the impression on these two repeat customers! Thanks for making dinner on the go so straightforward and pleasant. Highly recommended Jersey Mike’s location!

A delicious gem nestled across the way from Home Depot. Genuinely cheerful staff made my picky-ingredient sub sandwich quickly and it was SOO good! Love that they have a «mini» size, it’s perfect for me. Will definitely be back and bringing friends! Thanks guys :)

So I came here feeling hungry and needing some protein– Ordered a Italian sandwich– Hold the Mayo and Oil– Add Mustard and Banana Peppers. The prices were kinda high but when I saw the amount of meat on the sandwich I understood why. Now talk about a yummy sandwich. So good I came back the following week! The staff at the Shoreline location super friendly and fast– Didn’t waste anytime getting my order and making my sandwich.. This sandwich kept me full for hours– So much protein! I can’t wait to make it back– Twice in two weeks. Will probably go whenever I shop at Costco and Bath and Body Works which is right next door! Yummy!

I am writing this review to say how lucky you guys are for having Terrell work for you. Every time I go in he is smiling and has great customer service. I have ran restaurants for 20 years and would hire this guy in a heart beat! Good job Terrell!

Very disappointed… sandwich was something a six year old would make. The counter the food was prepared was not cleaned, the lettuce container was filled with soggy brown leaves, the new gal by end of making sandwich Pretty much put all her weight on the sandwich, squeezing it into a bag, that made the sandwich looked liked a dropped accident. There was two big roast beef out of oven but when we ordered our two 14 inch roast beef, we got the tiny end of last roast beef, even the guy could not slice it with the machine and used knife,…oh that was even after we asked, is the roast beef fresh out of oven, then we order that, and he said yes!!! Could not ring us up fast, took three or four tries, new employees with no training how to even great customers civilly, not just HEY… you got the pic I guess.

5−1−14. We Went here on double stamp Monday. These Subs are up there with the best. Only thing missing is an option for Miracle Whip and sweet pickels! There is always a line so they suggest calling the order in ahead of your arrival. I prefer to custom order and look at the condiments in the cold case and get HOT bacon. Go Jersey Mike’s and thanks for your generous Charity Work.

I don’t know why they bother with the order ahead option. The 1st time I tried it they didn’t even have record of my order. They said it was just starting out so had glitches. Today I thought I would give them another chance since I was in such a hurry. Well they had record of it but it was not ready. In fact I came 10 minutes after it said it would be ready then ended up waiting almost another 10. It is so rediculous to offer this service then not provide it.

They always have really friendly staff working! I love the fresh bread and the great meat. They don’t skimp on the meat which is better then Subway and other places. My husband and I always split a giant, which is like two regulars. We love the club and the pepper sauce!

As soon as you walk in your greeted by the friendly staff and the wonderful smell of delicious sub sandwiches. When you order you get to pick from the fresh bread, veggies and meat. They don’t skimp on the veggies or meat either. My favorite sandwich is the regular size chipotle cheese steak made with steak, grilled onions, peppers and a spicy chipotle mayo. The regular sub is about 9 inches long and it costs $ 8 or if you want you can get the giant size which I’m sure is double the regular for $ 12. The chipotle cheese steak has great flavor that attack the taste buds like a ninja. It’s one of those sandwiches that is very hard to put down. Just talking about it makes me want another one. Another really good mouth watering sub is the pastrami Reuben. This sandwich has pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss(I get provolone instead since I don’t care for Swiss) and thousand island dressing. The pastrami is cooked perfectly and is very flavorful. Your stomach will be very happy after chowing down on this sub. Awesome sandwiches and by far better than subway.

So I says to my Ma. «Ma, you wanna git a wich?» To which she responds, «You are so weird remember, you were born on the WEST coast…» Actually I was watch’n the Travel Channel’s «Food Paradise» show and they were covering deli’s and sandwich shops. Funny thing, they included this chain. I figure, it’s GOT to be better than Subway and Quiz-NOS! It was all that AND a bag of chips! The meat was piled on HIGH, and they sliced it right in front of you off of a HUGE hunk of beef, turkey, whatever you like. My parent’s shared a Reuben, it was solid, I went for an Italian sub, it was DABOMB! OMG!!! I like their bread, somewhere between a French loaf but no where near an «artisan» style bread, it was good and far better than the«other» sub shops around. When in da Shoreline-hood, check’m out! PS– SUCKITJARED! Subway, you are going down!
